Pool is up and running. During a stay, you may hear renovation sounds coming from the ground level units. We have adjusted rental rate prices to compensate for this, no further compensation will be extended. This 1/1 unit is located on the 2nd floor at Belleview Gulf; sorry no elevators at this condo complex. It sleeps 4 and has a newly renovated fully stocked kitchen and gorgeous newly renovated bathroom!!!! Indian Shoes Beach and it white sand is right across the street. The pool is one of the largest in Pinellas County depth ranging from 4 to 10 ft. (pool not heated). There is a front balcony too, which is shared with a neighboring unit. Minutes away from great restaurants, shoppes and John's Pass! Queen-sized pull-down Murphy Bed in Living area. Boat docking Is available on a first come first serve basis along with shuffleboard and BBQ's. If you are bringing a boat, the first come first served docks can accommodate up to a 20 ft boat and can stay for a maximum of 3 weeks. There is a county run boat launch approximately 1/4-mile North where you can launch and pay to park your trailer, AS BOAT TRAILERS CANNOT BE PARKED AT BELLEVIEW GULF....FIND MORE INFO ON THE PINELLAS COUNTY GOVERNMENT WEBSITE ON THEIR PARK-BOULEVARD-BOAT-RAMP-PAGE You will be given the code to the lockbox 1 hour prior to your arrival. Each unit has different policies for Boats and Kayaks, jet skis and RV's. Please do not assume they are allowed. You must address this prior to booking. We will be available by email through the Messaging system. Our office is off site, and do not hover over guests, however we have vendors in place should issues arise. There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a nominal fee. No elevator Coin operated washer and dryers right next to the recreation center BBQ's, shuffleboard and boast docking are all on a first come first serve basis. This unit has an assigned parking spot marked 378 Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates. Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil. IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th. EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. There were only a few things around the area to do, which meant it was a quiet neighborhood. We bought a Suncoast Beach Trolley pass daily which was only $5 for the group. Sat out and watched the dolphins, wildlife, boats while drinking our coffee each morning. Even had a bagpipe concert one morning. Never did figure out where they were but it was lovely. The condo was beautiful, well equipped. Took a tour of the Bird Sanctuary right across the street and spent one afternoon at the pool, which is the nicest pool I’ve ever seen at a condo. Property was easy to find, though finding our parking spot was tough, it had rained and was dark and the numbers are hard to read. Condo was super clean and updated, small but it was just my teen daughter and I so space wasn’t an issue. Gorgeous view of the intercoastal waterway off the back balcony and the deck chairs were a nice touch! Was just a bit too far to walk to the beach (we did once but in the heat, it was a lot) but it’s a super easy drive that takes about two minutes. We weren’t disappointed at all. Lots of restaurants in the area, again, not very walkable due to distance but wasn’t an issue for us, just noting it. Had a great time and would definitely stay again! ##### Kristie B. The bottom floor was going through renovation after the hurricane. The pool was awesome. Everything was really clean. The condo was clean as well. The intercostal was right outside the door. You do have to walk across a 4 lane highway to get to the beach but its a very short walk. So if you have young kids this may be an issue for you. There may be a crosswalk farther down but not sure. Traffic was pretty accommodating when we needed to cross the road . They were working on the bottom floor of the condo due to the recent hurricane, but they were very quiet and this was never an issue. The pool was nice and very large! We enjoyed sitting and looking out at the bay and seeing dolphins and a manatee and numerous varieties of birds! My only suggestion may be some type of vent for the bathroom,we did open the small window when we were showering and that seemed to help. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The only thing missing is a kettle for making tea but we managed. location is great and the beach is just accross the street and beautiful. We saw dolphins and lots of birds. The pool is magnificent though unheated. I’m intercostal is wonderful to sit out side your door and see nature. The Seaside Bird Sanctuary is across the street and “free”.
