This 2BR/2.5 BA Indian Shores end-unit townhouse sits back from the road on a quiet stretch of the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, directly across the street from the beach. An easy 3-minute walk takes you to the sugar white powdered sand and pristine emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico. This bright end unit has a clean, contemporary coastal vibe, and its large garage holds an assortment of beach equipment for your enjoyment including: \-kayaks \-paddle boards \-bicycles \-beach chairs \-beach cart \-beach umbrella \-coolers There is a a communal (heated) pool, and a spacious seating area from which to enjoy the wildlife typical of the Intracoastal (dolphins, shore birds, manatees), as well as a private fishing dock and kayak launch. The open-concept interior spans 1,225 square feet and features a well-sized living room area with a 65” HD flat screen TV, a large dining table area, and a smaller bistro table area that seats 4\. This leads directly into an open balcony that has been enclosed to enlarge the space and serves as a wonderful area overlooking the mangroves to relax with a cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals!. There is a full- size washer (brand new!) and dryer on the main level of the condo as well as a newly renovated half bath. Upstairs plays host to two very large bedrooms (with luxury mattresses!). The Master has a king bed, a large flat screen HDTV, its own walk-in-closet, and en-suite with step in shower. The second bedroom has a queen and a full bed a large flat screen HD TV, and its own private full bathroom located in the hallway. There is a garage ground level for single car parking and an additional parking space in front of the garage (within the marked area). You will be sent our guest welcome letter 1-2 weeks prior to check-in which will contain the codes to both the house and garage keypads. Indian Shores is a barrier island conveniently located between St. Petersburg Beach and Clearwater Beach. It is a quiet family-oriented beach community offering 2.65 miles of pristine beach, endless entertainment, restaurants, surf shops, boat/bike/golf cart rentals, and so much more. The Suncoast Beach Trolley stops just outside the complex and a quick 10-minute ride to the south takes you to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. A ten-minute ride to the north and you will be in Clearwater Beach with its wide array of shops and restaurants as well as the Clearwater Aquarium. A few important notes: unit does not have its own set of exterior steps BUT is an end unit right next to steps (WIN). We stayed in Indian Shores from June 18-25\. Our stay was exceptional. There was plenty of space in the condo for my family of 5\. The condo had everything we needed. It was located close to the beach and only required a short walk. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful and not too busy which was really nice. Communication with the owner was great and they were quick to respond to any messages that I sent. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking at staying in this area. ##### Jason H. Was really nice having a large living quarters all to ourselves. This property is located in a very nice area. No large crowds of people and the road wasn't too busy either. Such a peaceful neighborhood. Leslie was easy to communicate with from booking to even during our stay! The unit is just as described. Lots of space for my family of 5 to spread out and have there own space. The garage is loaded with everything you'd need for the beach which was awesome! Florida was wonderful!! This property was just perfect for our family. We arrived early, contacted the owners, and instantly received a response via text that the condo was ready for us to check in early. Yay! The condo was super clean, great location, and all the beach stuff in the garage was wonderful to have access to (wagon, coolers, beach chairs & umbrellas, snorkeling masks, bikes, kayaks, etc). The condo was well furnished/stocked with anything you could imagine to need on vacation. We stayed for one week and could have stayed longer. Prior to our trip Leslie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She promptly responded to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property and we cannot wait to go back to Indian Shores and stay at this condo again! ##### Kelly W. I worked full time remotely. Our adult children visited us a couple of times during our stay. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we enjoyed have USB plug on each nightstand. The en suite bath was sort of part of the bedroom with a door between the shower/toilet area and some of the furnishing looked updated. No complaints from our children about the guest bedroom beds. The living space was decent, although the comfort of the sofa and loveseat was just ok (little hard) and sitting on it for more than an hour wasn't comfortable. The TVs are TCL Roku smart TVs. The wi-fi was ok, typically I would get about 20 mbps on the main level but rarely had trouble with Zoom calls. We would have liked this place better if it had had an outdoor screened in deck. It has a former deck space which they removed the doors and made part of the living space. The kitchen was well appointed with most everything we needed to make meals. The kitchen and especially the counter space was small so prepping food or cooking with multiple people was challenging at times. We grilled out a couple of times at the community charcoal grill. There was a bag of charcoal in the garage. The garage was well-stocked with things to make the beach fun. We used the four beach chairs almost every day! They also have a nice wagon to carry your stuff and a couple of coolers. We didn't make use of the paddle boards or kayaks but nice to have. Gulf Blvd was about 75 yards away and the beach another 100 yards so the beach was close. While we were there we discovered the kitchen sink was leaking so we let the owner know and they arranged for a plumber to visit. Overall it was a very nice stay and we would recommend it to anyone. ##### Rich H. My husband and I rented this townhouse for 10 weeks and it was perfect! Short walk across the street to the most amazing beaches we've seen \~ super soft sand and not crowded at all. The beach equipment provided is more than we've ever had at any rental which included towels, wagon, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even some toys for kids. For the days we didn't want to go to the beach, there are kayaks, paddleboards or you can relax in the HEATED pool and watch the boats go by (and dolphins!). Just unbelievable! The condo is as pictured. Very comfortable for the 2 of us and when we had other guests come for a short time it was still big enough for everyone. The bedrooms are large and the main floor had plenty of room to spread out and not feel like you were on top of everyone! There are some games and books provided too for those rare, rainy days. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the tools, pans and other items we needed during those 10 weeks. There are restaurants, bars, shops, coffee shops and more within walking distance which made going out in the evening very enjoyable. No worries about driving or finding a parking spot! Leslie was wonderful to work with from the time we booked until our checkout. Because we were going to be there for 10 weeks we had plenty of questions and she answered them all promptly. I highly recommend this property and hope you enjoy it as much as we did during our stay!! ##### Kathy L.
