Tired hotel in need of upgrading not 3* standard
Room was small considering it was Executive room the shower would not stay up and I am only 5ft tall had to keep pushing it up, the temperature control was jammed and hard to change. The door to shower room was dodgy I did not dare to shut door as feared I would get locked in as handle looked like it was going to fall off, the bed was a zipped bed not very comfortable as both sides were dipped fairly badly. The room furniture has seen better days bleach marks on soft furnishings, the black sides were showing wear & tear badly. The iPod player wires were badly worn, the pillow cases were torn towels had bad fraying & corners missing considering this is a 3 star hotel it was not very good rooms and for the price we paid as well. We did complain and was told will go look at it this was room 46 The service received In restaurant/bar was great though always friendly happy to help. The breakfast was ok not brilliant baked beans left sour taste in our mouths not Heinz or even close. The location was great just a shame they don’t keep up their standards.
