Calm. With south-facing balcony. Modern 3-room apartment Brynjulf Bie with approx. 55 sqm on 2 levels (upper floor, top floor) for up to 4 people. In a quiet, central location in the Dorf district in St. Peter-Ording. The apartment has a balcony and a terrace area in front of a garden shed. Living room with sofa (2-seater), armchair, TV (satellite), radio and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished south-facing balcony. Open kitchen with oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. No microwave. 1\. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe and stool. Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm) and chest of drawers. Because of the low ceiling height, this room is only suitable for children. Access via narrow, narrow stairs.
