Just back from our first visit to Park Lane and already looking to book again! The hotel gets just about everything right for our tastes. It's clean, modern and smart. The staff were all friendly and very helpful including going that extra mile when they didn't have to. What we liked most was the overall feel to the place which was welcoming and not overbearing, we genuinely felt comfortable and not just customers of a massive hotel. All the other guests we chatted to liked it and many were returning customers. Thanks to the great kitchenette area in the room, with hob and full size fridge freezer we were able to eat in when we wanted but there are loads of good places to eat out nearby. We didn't sample the breakfasts so can't comment upon them. The location is great, it's within less than a minutes walk to Buggiba bus station and only a few minutes to all the shops, pubs and restaurants of the St Pauls Bay/Qawra/Buggiba area.
When we arrived we were welcomed as returning guests and there was a complimentary bottle of wine and free safety box. This was the third time we have stayed there so we knew what we were getting. The only disappointment was how far we had to walk to our room from the lifts. Route march to say the least.
Enjoyed our holiday here
We went self catering in a 2 bedroom apartment it had 4 balconies 2 pull out sofabeds and was huge,
The only small downfall was the double bed in our room was very Squeeky (just moving on it ) and a bit uncomfortable, Pool area was great
This is a reasonably comfortable hotel for the area but certainly not 4 star by british standards. About 10 minutes to Bugibba square and St Pauls Bay waterfront. Breakfast buffet was quite good with hot and cold choices but not high quality( watered down fruit juice for example). Bar by pool OK but not inviting and little used at night! Air con in room was nor effective and we reckon this is usual talking to other guests. Hotel, rooms and pool area were kept very clean and pool area is large with plenty of loungers and a spacious pool. Reception well staffed and willing to offer help where needed. Room (202) was massive with pool view (two rooms in one) with double balcony. However, no chairs in room and only cheap plastic chairs on balcony with no tables so not good for leisurely chilling! Things like this make this hotel only adequate in our view.

We booked a last minute stay after missing a flight. Arrived at hotel within 2 hours of booking online. They found us a room quickly. Nothing special but perfectly adequate. Clean and roomy enough. Great value for the price.

Welcome on arrival excellent (receptionist John), less happy with subsequent staff on reception. Fridge/cooler wouldnt keep milk fresh for more than 24 hours. Breakfast drinks awful, tea & coffee horrid. Very off opening hours for pool bar. All in all however, good value for money.
We chose this Hotel on the basis of other reviews and were not disappointed. Our stay was twenty days as we were transitioning from a life of twenty two years in the USA to a life on the Island of Gozo. The Hotel is well run and the Breakfast offerings and Service are superb. It is located in a quieter part of Bugebba, it is near adjacent to the Bugibba Church and within comfortable walking distance of sea, restaurants and convenience stores. The room was clean, comfortable and serviced by dedicated staff. Although we did not use it much, there is an excellent Rooftop Sun Terrace and Pool and even though our stay was in August it appeared that the was adequate availability of Sun Loungers and Parasol Shades. When we did use it we sat mainly in shaded areas while enjoying a drink from the well staffed bar. Panoramic views from the deck are impressive.

Large room with aircon. Very clean. Not many guests because it is winter in Malta at the moment. It was worth the money and better than we expected. The only thing that let it down was no WiFi in the rooms.
The adjoining resorts of Qawra and Bugibba are set on the large St Paul’s Bay, where St Paul was allegedly shipwrecked. Both resorts were purpose-built in the 1980s. Bugibba has a small square, shops, bars, budget restaurants, nightclubs and a small harbour from which several pleasure boat excursions run. Swimming and water sports take place off the promenade and at lidos. Activities in Qawra tend to be hotel-based.
