We had a fantastic short break (4 nights) at Park Lane and would highly recommend it. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed, having had a much needed boost of sunlight and warmth! Without doubt, the best feature of this small aparthotel are the owners and all of the staff. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. They arranged our airport transfer there and back for the veyr reasonable sum of 45 Euros (return trip) and a taxi to get us back from Mellieha. We didn't have to ask for much, but when we did, we never felt like we were being a nuisance, no matter what we asked for. We liked the fact that this is a small family run place and it was great having a little kitchinette with a proper fridge freezer. We didn't cook in the room, but it would have been easy enough to rustle up a fairly substantial meal if we had wanted to. The air conditioning worked well (which was a huge relief!) and it was a real pleasure to sit out on the little balcony overlooking Maskli Street watching the comings and goings. It was quiet in the neighbourhood too, so we had no trouble getting to sleep or being woken up early. TOP TIP - if you go to Mellieha beach on the 221 bus and want to get back by bus around tea time, you will find the 221 bus will be packed with people off the Gozo ferry. Instead of the 221 get the 37 to St Paul's Bay, change there and get the 12,13 or 45 to Bugibba.
Could not fault the hotel in any way, room was comfortable and quiet. Staff very helpful , friendly and polite. Great sea view which faces onto a lovely sunrise if you are up early enough.
Breakfast was ok, but the cheese was suspect, I'm not sure it was real cheese, but overall , I would stay again. I stayed in the Dolmen last year just up the road and the QP is much better in my experience.
We stayed at the Dolmen for one week and it was fantastic. The hotel had great facilities, food, entertainment and staff. Our room was clean and had air con. I would reccommend this hotel and it is a great family hotel too. What a lovely, relaxing week 😊
Overall the stay was great with very helpful staff at the reception, the location was ideal with free transport into the local town centre. The food and facilities was up to a high standard which made our stay more inviting. However the room I stayed in was a let down and should not be classed as a 4star room. The room had loads of ants around the place, a broken bathroom window which is unsafe and a broken toilet handle. I would stay here again if there is a improvement in the room standards.

My partner and I stayed here from 29/12/14 - 09/01/15. Our best friends, who travelled with us had the apartment next door. On arrival we were greeted by a very polite young lady on reception and given our room numbers with a description of how to get to the rooms. We were asked to pay a refundable deposit in case of breakages, this was something we did not know about in advance, but was not a problem.
The rooms were very clean, except for a problem with ants in the kitchen of one apartment. This was reported and a maintenance guy came along and identified where the ants were coming from and with the help of some ant powder the problem was sorted.
The indoor pool was very clean, although the Jacuzzi did not work.
The bar was clean and the bar staff were pleasant, the entertainment was mostly karaoke but we never stayed long enough to hear much of it because we were out most evenings. We ate in the restaurant once and the standard of the food was good.
We chose this Hotel on the basis of other reviews and were not disappointed. Our stay was twenty days as we were transitioning from a life of twenty two years in the USA to a life on the Island of Gozo. The Hotel is well run and the Breakfast offerings and Service are superb. It is located in a quieter part of Bugebba, it is near adjacent to the Bugibba Church and within comfortable walking distance of sea, restaurants and convenience stores. The room was clean, comfortable and serviced by dedicated staff. Although we did not use it much, there is an excellent Rooftop Sun Terrace and Pool and even though our stay was in August it appeared that the was adequate availability of Sun Loungers and Parasol Shades. When we did use it we sat mainly in shaded areas while enjoying a drink from the well staffed bar. Panoramic views from the deck are impressive.

The rooms and furniture was ver dated but we did get everything we needed. The air con was of poor quality as were the. Beds.
The pool area was great the hotel staff and redemption was lovely just the rooms were not 5 star.
The adjoining resorts of Qawra and Bugibba are set on the large St Paul’s Bay, where St Paul was allegedly shipwrecked. Both resorts were purpose-built in the 1980s. Bugibba has a small square, shops, bars, budget restaurants, nightclubs and a small harbour from which several pleasure boat excursions run. Swimming and water sports take place off the promenade and at lidos. Activities in Qawra tend to be hotel-based.
