It’s the perfect spot for couples, friends, or small families looking to enjoy Malta’s laid-back coastal vibe.  
  
The Space:  
  
Step inside our Xemxija Sea-Side Maisonette and discover a comfortable and well-appointed space designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The apartment features two bedrooms, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, providing a cozy retreat. The second bedroom offers single beds, ideal for children or individual guests. The living room is a versatile space that includes a sofa bed, perfect for additional sleeping space or simply lounging. The main bathroom is a full bathroom, and there is also an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy side sea views while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Throughout the apartment, you'll find amenities such as air conditioning to keep you comfortable, a smart TV for entertainment, and Wi-Fi to stay connected. Basic shops for groceries are also close by for your daily needs. The area has a laid-back atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway, and you can easily explore the surrounding areas by bus, with convenient bus stops nearby for easy access to other parts of Malta. Getting around Xemxija and beyond is easy. Free parking is available on the street directly outside the apartment. For public transport, there are convenient bus stops located nearby, offering access to various parts of Malta. You can easily reach popular destinations and attractions via the efficient bus network. If you're arriving by air, Malta International Airport (MLA) is approximately a 30-minute drive away, depending on traffic. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available for your convenience. From the apartment, you can effortlessly explore the island and enjoy everything Malta has to offer.
