One can enjoy the most beautiful panoramic spectacular sea views and the most beautiful sunsets from the balcony. This is a lovely brand new apartment that is modern finished and fully equipped for your holiday in Malta. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with a seaview balcony with outside furniture (tables and chairs). The main bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and a spacious terrace, while the second bedroom has twin beds. The living room has a sofa bed. Apartment measures 63 sqm internally and can accommodate up to 6 people. Our guests can enjoy gym facilities, a Children Playground indoor area and a Restaurant, Pawlino’s by George’s Kitchen, open for Lunch and Dinner. ensuring a truly enjoyable and fulfilling stay with us. NOTE - for stays of 28 nights or more, water and electricity consumption is not included in the price. Check-in und Check-out unkompliziert, Kommunikation einfach. Die Lage ist eigentlich sehr gut: Einkaufen, Flanieren, Baden, Gastro alles kein Problem. Nur sollte man sich im Klaren sein, dass der unter dem Balkon liegende Gehweg auch zu später Stunde noch gut von Touristen und Einheimischen passiert wird.
