Minutes delay in access on a hot day with luggage after a long journey prevented 5 stars. Be prepared for the electronic keys as not being the best at tech was a little concerning! "The hotel was thoroughly enjoyable to stay in. I signed up as a Radisson rewards member on arrival which meant my room was upgraded, so I had a room that overlooked the city. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel had a good breakfast (including gluten free cake and bread). It also had a gym which had good opening times, and a restaurant which was also convenient (though perhaps expensive). Overall I would recommend. "
"I could not have chosen a better hotel. It is conveniently located as part of Oslo central station. You can get to the train station without even go outside which makes going to the airport super easy. It is very close the opera house, the library and Munch museum. The tram and bus station are just outside the hotel which enable easy access to all other attractions in Oslo. The breakfast is great. Staffs are very nice. On top of that this is quietest hotel we have stayed. Typically, when your next door close the door hard, you would hear it. Not at this hotel. In our room it is super quiet. We do not hear anything outside which is nice. We would stay there again of we we visit Oslo again. "
