Excellent check in. All special requests were granted. Ordered room service which was speedy and good value for money. Had a lovely massage with Laura whilst my husband enjoyed the golf range (golf course was closed due to water logging). We had dinner in the Brasserie with a small issue which was excellently handled by the assistant manager. My only gripe was the hard mattresses which undid Laura's hard work after 2 nights!! Would definitely recommend to any couples who golf and like to relax.

A good hotel with good facilities in terms of spa, restaurant and leisure - the rooms were a little tired, in that they didn't seem as though they've been updated in the past 5-10 years... a little spruce up and it would be easily a 5* place. A good hotel, and would stay again, but not luxury.

Pros: Staff is specially helpful and friendly
Cons: The hotel is really on the edge of 4 stars and understaffed. Few more employees will certainly make the overall experience more "4 stars" style
Good Christmas period there, family atmosphere. But facilities (spa, gym, restaurants) have a restricted service in Christmas that is a bit disappointing
