The only criticism was that the rooms were a bit dark which may be due to the age of the hotel which was otherwise imoeccibly maintained. Overall, however, great stay. "

"Very good hotel in the heart of Ghent. The staff were very hyelpful, the newly updated room was very comfortable. Location perfect on edge of the historic centre. Room comfotable and spacious, great shower and bathroom. Very good tea and coffee. Nice to have had a sofa in the room and small table. Parking under the hotel is convenient and safe. Breakfast was perfect, a buffet with everything you would hope for."

"It was an amazing experience . Hotel location and the great aroma that you will smell once you entered hotel and your room truly amazing. I am really impressed by the aroma and looking to have it at my home including the one related to gel cleansing and shower gel Hotel location is almost in the middle of the hot shopping area which will save you a lot of money for transportation. The only concern is related to breakfast price which is consider too high for a family that looking for a family gathering breakfast. "
