"Lovely beach hotel in safe area"
My partner and I spent one week here in January, when it was fairly quiet. The hotel is well maintained and nicely decorated. Right on the beach, not too much hassle from hawkers. Safe area, we often walked 15 mins down to Rodney Bay village to go for breakfast or to the supermarket. In the evening there are lots of really good restaurants to choose from. We had a balcony overlooking the pool area and had no trouble finding a sun bed either by the pool or on the beach. Watch out for the sunshine, it's stronger than it seemed!

"Very relaxing atmosphere. Nice variety"
Had a great time! There are a variety of activities to enjoy, from water sports to evening entertainment. Great restaurants. A few mosquitoes irritate you at night but otherwise great!

"Nice friendly hotel near amenities"
I spent 2 nights here after sailing for a week. I had a nice welcome from the counter staff despite looking a bit dishevelled! The complimentary rum punch was very nice. I had a big twin room with two big beds. It was superbly comfortable and very clean. I slept very well once I had turned off the aircon! It was very quiet. There was a small balcony and a bit of a view of the garden. The gardens were lovely. There were three pools. I used one of them and it was just great to relax on the poolside amongst the gardens and swim to cool off. The pools are small though and this may not suit everyone. The counter staff were friendly and helpful and answered everything I asked about the hotel and getting to places. Breakfast included local dishes which I liked. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful and as a single traveller I found them especially welcoming and good humoured. I would like to have stayed longer and would certainly go back there. I understand this to be a locally owned and managed hotel and they certainly try very hard to make you feel welcome and comfortable. ( I might add that I stayed in a different hotel at the beginning of my stay with a very different experience). Well done Bay Gardens!

"Super resort"
It is difficult to fault this place. The location is great, beautiful beach and swimming/snorkeling. The resort is clean and the staff are super. They are running to make sure you have everything you want. We are not 'spa' people, but still enjoyed the spa. The meals are quite lovely. We had been here 3 years ago and we would say the only change with food is that we notice there are a lot of items now with 'supplementary $$' charges at supper. We noticed this time that about half of the evening supper/dinner menu had supplementary charges per item. Kind of a disappointment. Usually, yes you do expect this for lobster but these charges were for pork and some fish and things one would consider 'nothing out of the ordinary' in terms of food type. However, everything was quite wonderful. The amount of activities in a day is staggering and it is hard to do more than one of two if you are at the beach- otherwise they cut into your 'ocean' time! We would return.

"Everything you need in a hotel!"
This hotel was great, everyone was super friendly, the rooms were clean, nice little pool, plenty of parking and relatively close to Rodney Bay. Getting here was a little tricky as the roads are labeled which makes getting directions tough, I would suggest that you get a GPS as that's probably the only way you could find it. (Also, know they drive on the left side of the road here...)

"The hotel is a block away from restaurants."
We called before departing the States and the Inn arranged for a taxi service to meet us at the airport, which is at the other end of the island, about a 1 1/2 hour ride. We recommend this! The hotel is next door to the Bay Gardens Hotel, which is larger and hosted breakfast for both the Inn and Hotel each morning. The Inn is located next door to gated properties on the bay, but you cannot see the water. It is also one block from the lively shopping and restaurant area. The Inn is very good value compared to other hotels in the area. It is a bit dated, but painted nicely and clean. We stayed in an upgraded room, second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. Friends stayed on the first floor and had a walk out porch to the pool. We were all very satisfied. Shopping turned out to be the best we found on the island. Our friends provisioned their sail boat from there, too.

We had an amazing time staying at this resort! The service and staff are very friendly, as well as professional and attentive to details! The villas were clean, large, had updated appliances and georgeous views from every rooms! The pools were clean and the grounds were beautiful with flowers and tropical trees neatly cut and cared for! The food in the restaurant was great and service was excellent! Can't wait to come back!

"A True Treasure!"
I have been to many all inclusive resorts in several places. This is one of my favorites for many reasons. It is not only a beautiful setting, but there is a lot to keep you as busy or relaxed as you want. It is not a real large resort but is very personal. The beach is not large but plenty of room for all. There are many free activities: beach and water volleyball, ski lessons, tubing, sail boats, beach tennis, dance lessons, water aerobics, etc. there are also many paid excursions to see many other areas. Bus is $1 US and easy to take anywhere. People are so friendly and helpful everywhere. The food was good, staff were wonderful, no matter what area they worked. Everything is kept up fairly well. I cannot say enough about how much we liked this place!

"Very nice room with the sunset ocean view "
I like the layout of La Toc resort that we stayed on the bluff suite and activities were carried on down on the beach. The staff is extremely nice to us. The good part about the sandals in St Lucia is that you pay for one resort and have access to all the 3 resort in St- Lucia. Every day there are shuttle buses to get you anywhere you want. The quality of food in La Toc, however, is way below my expectation. Compared to those of Sandals Grande St- Lucia, the restaurants in La Toc are very mediocre. Sea at La Toc is very chippy, not very good for swimming, kayaking or sailing. So we stayed in La Toc and did a lot of activities in Sandals Grande St- Lucia, where the water is much calmer.
