As always, property is clean & in good condition. However, the level of service is not even close to satisfactory. For the THIRD time, my credit card has been charged twice for a one night stay @ this property. Prior to checking in, I spoke with the front desk agent in reference to my previous experiences. She confirmed that it’s been an issue and that she was brought in from a different property to train agents on new system. She assured me that I would not be charged twice. Me feeling confident that I would not be charged twice, I went outside & booked my stay through Expedia & immediately after was checked in by the agent. In the middle of my stay, I received notification from my CC company that a second charge had been issued by this property. Upon check out, I notified the same training agent that checked me in that I was, yet again, charged twice. I spoke with a sales manager who informed me that check in was not completed properly by the training agent and ultimately, I would need to wait approximately (7) days to see the charges removed. Manager, whom I spoke with on a previous double charge occasion, was present at the front desk. He offered no solution or accommodations. I requested GM call @ earliest convenience & did as I was en route to check in @ a different hotel. I voiced my frustration & was told, that they have a new system & new staff & currently training. While an apology was issued, no accommodations were offered & still waiting for credit.
