This hotel was perfect. I had a view of the arch and city. It was a 5min walk to the metrolink, 7min to the arch, 20min to the stadium, very good location. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Room was CLEAN. They kept the doors locked 24/7 which was nice from a safety perspective.

The staff have been nothing short of wonderful. Every person you meet is kind and friendly and helpful and positive. Location is amazing just a walk to the arch, price is great for location, but truly it’s the staff that will have me returning here given how truly friendly they all are.

Be prepared for it to be *loud*. It was well past 2 am before we stopped hearing cars revving engines outside the window every night. There are 3 elevators, and one has a sign that says it’s waiting to be serviced, but all three are malfunctioning, so it often took 15-20 minutes to get from our floor to the lobby. Staff is beyond kind, but prepare to hear the housekeeping staff cuss a lot LOL. Overall, super convenient access to the Dome and arch, but at a cost.

Our ceiling leaked when it rained, the bathroom door didn’t lock and the toilet didn’t work properly. It took hours to get requested items from the front. The elevators were not working properly. The pool was closed for maintenance most of the time we were there. We canceled our last night and left early. The refund was appreciated, but I would never stay here again.

The staff is really what makes this hotel outstanding. They have 3 elevators and one has been broken since February. Makes for a difficult time when there's many families there for large events. It's nice breakfast is included, but the choices are limited and monotonous. The staff is amazing!

I liked the view from our room. The location was good and not far from the convention center where we were attending a trade show. We walked to the convention center every day of the event but I felt unsafe due to the number of homeless people we encountered. My only other complaint was the elevators, one breaking down most of one of the days and one stopping every 2 floors. Had to wait too long because of these issues.

It was very nice. I enjoyed the downtown area next to the St. Louis arch, the view of the city buildings, parking was an extra but it waa worth it and very easy to get in and out.

It was a normal stay with any Hampton, except for one thing. I've never stayed in a Hilton property that didn't have a tv that couldn't access Netflix OR be able to cast it from my phone. It seems really miniscule in things to consider when choosing a hotel, but it was outdated. It is in a good location, the room description was accurate. But being in a world dependent on streaming, maybe a small update is needed for tv's.

Staff was great! Location was great! Everything about our stay was great! Parking was easy! It was $30.00 to park which was kind of annoying, but as long as you have a key, you can come and go all day, so that made it worth it.
