There is nothing that we did not like about our stay. The staff particularly Mary and Bridget at the front desk were fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great shower pressure
Very nice setup. Walk in shower was the best. Amazing water pressure & temp was perfect. Nice foot bar for us ladies shaving our legs. Had room to maneuver around. King bed was comfortable and so was the sleeper sofa for sitting. I just like a thicker heavier comforter.

Clean, clean, clean, and quiet inside and out! A super friendly staff which is always appreciated after many hours of driving. The common areas and rooms are fresh-looking (newly remodeled/built?), and I would stay here again with no hesitation. It's always nice when the photos of the property match the actual condition.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The property is lovely and impeccably clean. Easy to get to when driving into town and a wonderful location to access all that St Louis has to offer. My first trip to St Louis and I will absolutely stay here when visting again.

Great location and nice hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was large and comfortable. I didn't like being charge to park on their surface parking lot- seems that should be free.

Great location - close to the Union Train Station where my event was located. Very clean hotel, staff was great. Limited menu but just perfect for a quick 2 night biz trip. My room on 4th floor seemed to have a slight ant problem but these things don't bother me too much.

This hotel was in a great location right off of the Interstate. It was nice to have a Starbucks and breakfast foods available until 11am

Checkin was awesome service and quick. However, once arriving to our floor it was extremely hot and smelled horrible like wet dog. Our room was 203 and the air unit did not cool the room at all, ended up calling the front desk at 1030pm and expressing our concerns she offered to send someone up, but after explaining that it has only gotten hotter as the day has gone on nothing was done. The unit would shut off after running for a few minutes so would have to keep getting up through the night for it to atleast run some what of air. The shower was not properly clean, had hair in floor of shower. Around inner bottom of the shower has mold, there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL. Went down the day of check out no hot breakfast and No coffee unless you wanted to order from there fake starbucks. Couldnt go off from what board of drinks where listed. They hold $20 per person of money upon time of check in for items spent at the bistro. Which is fine, but offer more items with fresher items and not bag eggs. Parking was great 24 hour security if parked on side of building.

They will charge you to park.
No breakfast, no pool and they CHARGE YOU TO PARK! Otherwise, one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on. Room was clean and quiet and location was centrally located with friendly staff.

Everything was great but the check in. Got there at 4:30 to go to a concert and no rooms ready. Tough to be from out of the area and pay hundreds of dollars for seats at a concert and had no where to get ready to go the concert.

The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful!!! He was so friendly and helpful in directing us around downtown St. Louis and answering all of our questions about restaurants, Uber, and safety. We will definitely stay here again when visiting St. Louis.

NO POOL!
So this was a trip for my wife and duaghter, when I booked the trip the one thing that I looked for was a pool and hot tub, my wife was on business and my daughter and I had excursions planned but wanted the pool to relax in until dinner. The reviews and photos were from before the renovations, we arrived and no pool. The staff was very apologetic and gave me a reseason as to why by since I decided to prepay to save I could not leave to get another hotel. It's a great location, you can walk to the convention center in 30 minutes. You are across the street from new soccer stadium and union station is a few blocks away. The restaurant within the hotel was great, the cook and servers in the morning were fantastic and friendly. They did have a gym on site and a siting area with area to play Cornhole. Overall it was a good stay but no pool.
