We understand your disappointment regarding the rental chairs however, access to said chairs is facilitated by an independent vendor and they are usually made available for a rental fee. The seaweed has been quite an environmental bother and an inconvenience for visitors to the beach but as it is environmental in nature, it is quite challenging to predict its intensity or which beaches may be affected. We continue to monitor the situation so we can best advise our guests whenever possible. Thanks again for your feedback!

Thank you for mentioning the bed, we have never had a complaint of the sort and will certainly look in to it. As for the living room A/C, it may have been turning off as the sensor works with the patio door - if the door is opened the A/C will turn off in order to save energy. Keisha will check it out nonetheless, to make sure it is functioning properly. The seaweed is an unfortunate act of nature and may collect worse in certain areas of the sea due to the tides - we sure hope it will not be an issue for much longer.
