My husband and I spent 6 days here. The resort is beautiful and the facilities are always clean. The food is excellent and drinks are plentiful. While they did run out of beach towels sometimes and you had to wait some hours for wash cloths we got al within 2 hours. The entertainment at night was wonderful and the staff are all pleasant. They did have a great kids section but the kids were never there but instead in the main pools which I could of did without but nonetheless we would be back, maybe with your kids next time lol.

Very beautiful property, beach is crystal clear water with white sand, pool is big and clean, food we used buffer because restaurants wait time was 2 hours. Service I think problem because for everything needs to wait my husband had Birthday so I spoke to guess table to arrange champagne some food in the room by five pm once we return in the room nothing was done and I couldn’t surprise my husband when I called answer was we have a lot of birthdays very busy and it is coming, it is came without food at almost 7pm so very disorganized I think it is manangers mistake not workers we felt short staff all the time. Otherwise vacation was great and we had good time

The location is beautiful and it is also reasonably close to St Johns and the centre of things to do in Antigua. Dont believe the reviews the hotel is a building site, its largely finished and you would have to go out of your way to notice the construction or be disturbed by any noise. The hotel is newly refurbed, so is in excellent condition.

To be absolutely honest .. the property location is wonderful .. Staff is excellent they work really hard and are very pleasant (especially Joan,Neil , Kiki and Niki - i forgot their actual names but they know who im talking about ) . When we checked in the room i recieved we didnt like much and management changed it for us with no problems. The property is not as bad as some ppl say .. yes the landscaping needs to be done and they are working on some pool side cabanas but not nothing crazy imO .. Now the food did run out rib eye steak at Hunters and Wings at scores but it wasnt a big deal to me ... My party was unhappy about steals coming out overcooked but for the most part the food was really good especially the lunch buffet. Drinks at the pool and other bars were great and they didnt take long. The beach was awesome. I downer was there were a ton of flys but they say its fly season. OVerall great experience at this resort ... absolutely beautiful and once the casino is complete it should be even better ...

Property is new and very clean. Staff was excellent but the service is very slow. You have to wait for a long time before you can get your food and drinks. Entertainment finishes at 10pm so the night life is not very welcoming. It’s a Vacation spot so you will think the entertainment will last till 11pm -12am.

Great amenities, great food, great staff except for 1 arrogant, rude front desk staff by the name of Neal. Still working on completing work on property, would have been nice to know there would be workmen and construction still going on. Was more an annoyance.
