The host, Andrew, is responsive and attentive and his small staff was also very invested in making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The full kitchen makes it easy to prepare your own meals. The bed was comfortable. It was cleaned daily. The neighborhood is residential and any shopping or restaurants are at least a 10-minute drive, but Andrew offers to help with car rentals or taxis. The other rental is close, when sitting on the deck, it is within 10-15 feet. There are trees on the property that make it feel secluded and it was quiet(for the most part). Behind the rental, there is another property that has a pool that we heard some noise from but it didn't last long and it wasn't late at night. Parking was tight but not unbearable. The view is a little obstructed by palm trees, but not a complaint. There was no lack of patio furniture options, sturdy table and 4 chairs, lounge chairs, and a wicker bench seat with wicker table. Private beach is a little walk but worth it. Cold A/C and apple TV. Owner was responsive to questions. I would stay here again. ##### Joe N.
