Perfect house for 4 couples. Everyone gets their own suite and bathroom. House is very spacious, clean and beautiful! Perfect walking distance to downtown St Helena-shops, food, and bars. Highly recommend!

Our group was 4 couples and the home was perfect. Indoor and outdoor spaces were excellent and the home was super comfortable. Best of all the location was perfect, centrally located in the valley and walkable to the coffee shops, shops and restaurants in St Helena.

This house oozes charm and was perfect for our girl's trip weekend of 8\. The location can't be beat to walk to St. Helena shops and restaurants and easy drives to nearby wineries and other Napa spots. The house was thoughtfully decorated and beds were all comfy as well. We would definitely book this house again in the future.

The house was clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The furnishing were luxurious and in good condition. The house is in a great location for walking to downtown St. Helena but we enjoyed just hanging out on the patio.

Great being able to walk/bike everywhere in St Helena. House is light and roomy with plenty of spots for a quiet alcove to work or whatever. Check out Napa Valley Coffee Roasting a block away.

We stayed here for one night with some of my girlfriends for my 40th Birthday. It was AMAZING! May be the nicest and cleanest house rental I have ever stayed in! The photos do not do it justice! The bed and pillows were SO comfy, I wrote down the info for them lol! It was so spacious and everything was so cute and new. The location was perfect and so close to everything. We had such an amazing stay and will be back for sure!

Such a beautiful property with lots of space for everyone and such nice amenities! the only issue we had with the property is the natural light is so wonderful that the bathroom at the front of the house was really hot and never cooled down until late at night. Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood!

The house was beautiful. All the bedrooms were large and the bathrooms were very generously sized as well. The two kitchens were a pleasant surprise to us. One suggestion- the upstairs kitchen needs more cooking items like pots and pans. The house looked like it had recently been renovated and was very well decorated. The restaurants and shops were a very close walk. We loved hanging out in the hot tub, it is big! Overall, I would give this home a 5 star rating.

#### Overall great property and location
This house is in a very convenient location within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The bedrooms are awesome and comfortable. the kitchen as well equipped and conducive to cooking meals. The out door sitting areas are spacious and well-kept. I am used to more in person communication with the property manager for these high-end rentals. The manager was quick to answer messages on Vrbo, but never came to check on things in person. That would be my only suggestion for improvement.

#### Perfect Napa Getaway
The house amenities are perfect for a group of 6 -8 each having their own spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Great gathering areas either on the ground level or 1st floor with chefs kitchens adjacent to both. The house is centrally located in Napa Valley which makes it convenient if you want to drive 15 minutes North to Calistoga or 15 minutes South to Oakville. It’s a short walk from the front door to Main St. in St. Helena if you want to stay local and enjoy local shopping, restaurants or pick up some groceries and bring back to the house to cook or BBQ poolside. House is immaculately cared for and the finishes are high end. The neighbor has a large orange tree and invited us to pick as many oranges as we’d like. Not to mention there is a lemon tree on the property. If you planning on visiting Napa Valley and looking for accommodations you should put Casa Rosa at the top of your list.

Outstanding property within 2 blocks of Main Street in St. Helena! Feels more like a resort / hotel than a typical VRBO in a good way; it is very clean and well stocked, with bathrooms containing cotton swabs, fresh soap, and other toiletries. Very large house with large rooms and bathrooms. 3 master bedrooms and 1 bedroom just across the hall from another full bathroom. Additional half bath on the top floor. Upstairs and downstairs kitchens with pocket door at the top of the stairs to separate if needed. Would be very comfortable for 4 couples or even 2 separate groups staying upstairs and downstairs. Loved it!
