It is oceanfront with ocean steps away the bedrooms are big and the the beds comfortable plenty of room for family of 11 and a dog. The 3 decks are wonderful to sit and watch the dolphins swim by very frequently. The elevator help with bringing our stuff in and out .everything was in walking distance the out door pool area was great. The pool was small but perfect for our small swimmers. This house is in the center of everything which allows you to walk to most restaurants and shopping. The beach is not crowded so you don’t have to jockey for a spot early in the morning. We loved it and hope to return! Third time on SGI but first this close to the center. I was concerned that it would be crowded so close to Blue Parrot, the jet skis and public access but it was not at all. In fact, just the opposite as we loved being so close to everything . We were three families so the house was configured nicely for us. The owner was very responsive and took care of an issue that was out of their control. ##### Steve B.
