The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, covered entry, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, a park-style grill, and a private boardwalk leading to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Enclosed foyer stairs lead to the floors above. The elevator is available for guest use. The first floor features amazing sea views and private access to the beachfront deck. There are four well-equipped guest bedrooms. The second floor features a spacious living/dining/kitchen area with cheerful coastal decor and large master bedroom suite. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, warm hardwood floors, and large windows emphasizing views of the Gulf. Each room on the second floor offers beachfront deck access. There are a few things that need to be addressed. 1\. The carpet needs replaced. 2\. Mold in the master shower upstairs. 3\. The downstairs master bath tub/shower drain stopped up, cleaned it out myself and found wads of hair in the drain. All in all is a great place and location.
