Expedia hadn't sent the booking through to the property but the manager happily accommodated us, and even gave us an upgrade to the family suite as there were no more rooms available of the type we'd booked. Close to local restaurants and a nice drive through to Zion NP.

We were looking for a place that would take pets, it was cheap so what can you expect? but I was pleasantly pleased by the cleanliness of the room, don't judge it from the outside.

This is a nice motel with breakfast. It’s what we needed last minute for the night. We arrived when it was dark, people were in the pool enjoying the night. I assume that was a nice amenity. The walls are thin and all I wanted was a good night’s sleep. Other than that, the room was clean and bed was comfy.

The door was noisy and the fridge rattled a bit otherwise a pleasant stay. Enjoyed a soak in the hot tub.

I was woken up at 330 am by a women screaming. Next door people were loud and profane, so with also a major thoroughfare, not much sleep. They advertise that it is pet friendly but there is nowhere to walk a dog except for busy traffic streets with no grass. Breakfast is cold cereal and toast. Will not stay there again.

Thank you to the staff that was working the desk at check in. Our adult son had a long travel day and really wanted to check in. The computer system was down, so the reservation couldn’t be processed. The gentleman went ahead and gave our son the room, but had him come back later once the system was running again to finalize everything.

The property is located in a convenient location, price is inexpensive ($60 weekday in off-season), and clean rooms. Beds are comfortable, water is hot. Everything worked in room, did not use pool. Hot tub is tiny from looking at it. Breakfast is fine- waffles, oatmeal, cereal, coffee. After long drives and riding bikes- this place is great.

Very dirty not clean - walls and carpet very dirty - they only vacuum carpet where it only reaches - in between beds very dusty - seems like they only do beds and rinse off showers and counters but no cleaning products used at all

The room was clean, the bedding clean and comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave and coffee maker in the room, as well as complimentary breakfast, which I didn't have. The little shampoo & conditioner & lotion bottles were recycled, refilled from bulk, showing a little wear on the labels. The soaps were new. Very noisy heater/AC unit, noisy fridge. Walls thin enough to hear what the neighbors are saying. Worth the $42 I paid for a clean, comfortable night and the ability to make myself a simple breakfast in the room.

Dirty with a kind of good service.
Got a dirty room with odor and asked the front desk to change it. Got a different room and it was nothing better. Carpets are super dirty that turned my white socks grey.

The carpet could use a good cleaning and more than just vacuuming. The sink has a crack in it. The shower was so hard to pull on. I had a wrapper on the nightstand and it disappeared due the night. Pretty sure we heard a mouse nibbling on the wrapper.
