This motel is absolutely horrendous. There is only one entrance available to customers (fire hazard!), there was one working outlet, no AC, no TV, no internet service. The bathtub drain didnt drain, there was brown stains on the towels, litter all over the floor with sticky spots on the TV stand, we found blood on the sheets and another questionable stain. The pool was out of service. We booked 2 double beds and got 2 full size beds. The vending machines and coffee maker did not work, we had to call a number at the front desk for service. We left an hour after we came in. We want a refund. We were charged over $110 for a disgusting room. We have some photos of the room. This motel is a fraud and scams people out of money, what they advertise is absolutely nothing to what they offer. They should be shut down for the shambles this building is and what service they provide.

We didn't get told tell checking in that the pool was closed and on top of that there was no TVs and no wifi because of us being tired we still stayed but then we got the wrong room we needed to beds the lady at the disk did fix the room problem but then we ended up in a room were the heat didn't work so me and my kids and husband was freezing all night the staff did give us extra blankets but I did say the heat wasn't working and nothing happened I get there is new owners but all the information could of been nice to know before checking in cause I could of looked for a different place way sooner then late at night

They say they are renovating… no pool which was fine for us but then to be told no TV or internet but still expect a $100 deposit for damages is crazy. The room was very dirty… holes in the wall mounted tv just sitting there no pillow cases blood on the bathroom wall and 3 lamps but only 1 had a lightbulb We checked out shortly after checking in

This property should not be renting out rooms and is not up to a Wyndham franchise standard. The hall ways were dirty, the pool is under construction, there were no pillowcases on some of the pillows, the microwave, air regulation, ice machines were not functional, there were discarded things in the hallways including a propane tank, no breakfast was served and there was no wifi

When I arrived to check in I was told (very rudely) by a nasty person at the desk that the establishment was closed for renovations and informed me that I was just out of luck and needed to find alternate accommodations somewhere else.
