"Very nice facility (going thru some updates). Elevator banks were slooow d/t the weekend crowd, convention, and soccer games: need to really add more, i.e., another bank, etc. No self-pay available but valet parking worked well but with an increased our price: need more self pay somehow (which I suspect would be hard in downtown St. Louis). Nice design of the hotel with a view of the arch from our room window. Better breakfast choices - way too much food. Excellent work by the Bellmen - very helpful, pleasant and quickly available."

"Very clean and friendly service. There is a park just behind the hotel where you can access with the walking paths. Was great for our run. Very safe and family friendly. Great sit down restaurants just within a walk down a brick road in to town. Coffee shops and multiple stores to shop at. "

"Came to St. Louis to watch an evening Cardinal’s game. Check in was quick and found that our room was exactly as requested. Morning breakfast was tasty and check out was fast. Hopefully we will make it back in the near future! "
