Fully equipped kitchen, open dining and lounge area. Two bath rooms allocated parking and communal gardens. ( Please note second bedroom has a small double bed). Pochin house collections are a collection of 2-bedroom apartments under a gated access They consist of A Penthouse and Two, Two Bedroom Apartments with views over St Austell Bay. The historic port of Charlestown is close by, and St Austell is about 1 mile (1.6 km) away. The self-catering apartments are within easy reach of the Eden Project and an easy drive from the Lost Gardens of Heligan. All have Fully equipped Kitchens, Open plan Lounge/Dining Rooms,Two bathrooms with main bedrooms having their own en suites plus a family bathroom and Allocated parking and visitors spaces too (Not guaranteed) plus the added bonus of A 16 and 6 having great views out to the Bay with sea views and Apartment 9 Partial sea views.
