Rusty mental chairs on the porch and very used chairs for the beach. The people at the gate were wonderful and very helpful when we had other family members come visit for the day. The proximity of the unit to get to the beach was nice! Also, there were several hot tubs that we had access to that were right near our unit. Mike was very responsive to any needs we had. The unit is not very spacious and the kitchen needs some updates. There is one couch and a chair in the living room, so we had to bring kitchen chairs into the living room for seating. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and we were very limited in the kitchen. Silverware and pots and pans could use updating. Also, gadget drawer could use some organizing. It is so crammed with duplicate items that it made it hard to find things. But those are minor things especially if you don’t plan on cooking very much. St. Augustine is such a wonderful town to visit! ##### Carol L. It was overwhelming with all the choices, but we are so glad we picked this one! The pictures are exactly what you get. It's very clean (I was ok with my 11 month old crawling on the floor). Kitchen had lots of supplies, although with so many good, nearby restaurants, there's no need to cook unless you want to. Each bathroom had a set of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and soap, which I thought was very thoughtful and convenient. The beds were great, with enough pillows and extra blankets. The furniture is nice and not some cast offs from the owner's home that fill so many other vacation rentals I've been in. The access to the ground floor and proximity to the beach were wonderful. My family would park, I would go through the hallway to unlock the door, then I would unlock the sliding glass door and let everyone in, just a few steps from the car. The owner-supplied beach accessories are so helpful - there's a beach cart to carry your items, an umbrella, the screw-in umbrella base, pool noodles, and beach towels. The property itself is beautiful and extremely well kept. I felt very safe there, especially with the guard gate. I highly recommend this rental, and I would reserve it again in the future if we return to the area. ##### Monica H. Mike’s place is great because it’s one of the only ones with a pack and play…you’d have to rent or buy one at the other units. Great place, could use a little updating and maybe a couple more beach chairs…but it has most essentials. Kitchen was stocked.
