Can I check-in early? • We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though!  2\. Do you have a luggage storage? • We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. Bagbnb offers convenient luggage storage locations throughout, including spots near popular attractions and transportation hubs. You can easily find the nearest available storage spot by visiting their website or using their app. 3\. Do you offer daily clean? • We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost 4\. Do you replace towels and sheets? • We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee. 5\. Do you replenish supplies? • Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own. • BBQ Grill: Guests are also requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied. • ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME \- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home. \- Pre Check-in Form: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form. \- Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. The house is split into the bottom and top. My family and I rented the top only and didn't realize that. The split is done where you can go down the stairs from the inside to the bottom and there is a door we had to just hope was locked from both sides. We heard the other people and their dog barking and crying in the bottom half of the house. There was no instructions how to get in or to use the Internet. I had to contact the host to get access to the house just hours before we got there. Also contacted about the WiFi and they didn't know how to connect. The password on the router asked us to login to an infinity account. No washer and dryer or hair dryer as described. It describes a culinary kitchen but there was no stove or dishwasher.
