Rest and relax management company was very responsive - they were out the next day to clean the pool and patio area. Just a sad start overall. House needs paint and upkeep. I have rented other properties in Florida and the cleaning fee should cover the whole property not just the inside but she said they don’t clean pool before we checked in for a week! Ok also lots of construction at beach access had to go down a steep hill to get to ocean! This was not in description of property!
