This was a great location and an alternative to staying in St. Augustine’s congestion. And the Vilano location was just a 3 min drive to the sunset cruise boat and 8 min drive to St. Augustine. I would recommend this Hampton Inn.

Did not appreciate having to pay to park outside on hotel property. Air conditioning was way too cold making it uncomfortable inside. Internet was obsolete. Morning breakfast was excellent.

I was shocked to find our bed was not made properly and missing the standard protective gear ; cover on the box spring and mattress. The bed sheet was too small for the bed. It had popped off from the sides. When I spoke to HSKP, they said most sheets don’t fit the king size beds. In addition they mentioned mgmt didn’t require protective covering. It was very disturbing to hear there was no protection against bed bugs. Until this gets resolved, I will not return.

Hot tub was way to hot but hotel was great. Only one elevator that was very slow. Great breakfast. Very dog friendly.

Being next to the water was great. The room was moldy and even had mold growing on the toilet. The room had some sort of moisture machine that was full Of water and needed to be changed. The sink wouldn’t drain and the handle for the sink water was broken. There was hair in the shower as well as dirt. The elevators were very nasty as well I always stay Hampton and this was the worst one I’ve ever been in.

The hotel was recently built, apparently in a hurry so the environment is new showing a lot of ware already. The cleaning of our first assigned room was incomplete. We got another. Spots on the rug. Beds poorly made, towels like sand paper. Bathroom fan is hanging from the ceiling. Card keys are mag stripe and deprogrammed easily. Water has a sulfur taste. Self parking is $15 a day / no way around. But the lobby looks nice and breakfast is good. Overall, not the usual polished Hampton Inn experience.

Quiet considerate friendly guests and staff. You can walk everywhere. Groceries, restaurants, beaches, fishing pier. Park your car just once! Pool and hot tub on premises.

The hotel is located in a good area, closed to the beach, very peaceful and quiet ! Across the street you can find a shopping mall with a supermarket and a restaurant!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was clean and felt safe. I wish the pool had been heated but the kids still swam in it (60° outside). My only complaint is that there was no fan in the bathroom and the whole room got very humid, we asked for a dehumidifier and they had one for us. Usually that doesn't bother us, but towels and swimsuits weren't drying at all. Breakfast was very good each day and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were super pleased with our 3 day stay. The room was clean and comfortable and reasonably sized. The breakfast was great. There are 3 good restaurants within a few block walk. Easy walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again

I called before I booked this hotel and asked them if there would be a pet deposit for a service dog and they said no. When I checked in and told them that I had a service dog and they charged me $75.00 because she was an Emotional Support Dog and they didn’t honor those type dogs. I have paperwork and vest, etc on my dog and still was charged!!! I will not be back!!!!! Plus my room had nasty carpet and musty smell! Don’t waste your money!! R Hollis

We had a great stay. Hotel was quiet and publix is walking distance which was a plus. The beach is also walking distance. We had an issue with the fridge when we first got there, but they got it fixed immediately. Staff was so nice and friendly. Breakfast was also good. Rooms were clean. We will definitely stay there again.

You can't beat the price on cleanliness and location. Great location from the beach, although beach access across the street is closed at the moment. There's a shopping center across the street and the pier is a short drive up the street.Its the only place my wife and I like to stay when we're in the area.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony with the ocean view. We were able to walk to a pizza restaurant for dinner. Definitely would recommend and will stay here again.

Trip with the family to see the amazing Holiday lights around Old Town. Hotel was excellent with a friendly staff. We were thankful for the EV chargers working as they were a big reason we choose this Hotel

The location was fantastic, quick drive to Historic St. Augustine and other attractions. Walking distance of the beach which was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and nice, very clean room and plenty of space for my husband and I. We came here on our baby moon and wouldn’t change a thing. Breakfast was also the best part of the stay, a lot of variety and all fresh and tasty.
