This property is within walking distance to pretty much everything one wants to see in St. Augustine, and within a 5 minute drive of everything else, including the beaches! Highly recommend this property for a short stay.

#### Quaint cottage

Our stay at this St. Augustine cottage was very nice. We enjoyed the use of the two bikes. Everything we needed was there though we missed a regular coffeemaker, there was a Keurig with K-cups supplied. The property was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Good location for site seeing.

#### St. Augustine Cottage

Close to Fountain of Youth, near, plenty of room for two with a pull out couch for child if needed, and close to everything. The public parking deck is five dollars down from 20 after 5:00\. We drove to North Beach and ate at Caps and The Reef with fantastic views. Harry’s is always good- ordered the red fish with crab and Ribeye with shrimp. Casa Maya fabulous and enjoyed Reuben Rolls late at the Irish place. The Greek Orthodox museum is free- a lot to do.

Perfect location for Downtown St. Augustine. We went for the Night of Lights, shopping & eating. Cozy, quiet clean & a safe area with beautiful trees. Would stay again.

The perfect place to stay for a couple or some friends. Although small it was very spacious and clean with everything we needed for a weekend stay. Extremely close to all the main attractions.

#### Made our trip very enjoyable. 

We had a great time in this area the house was in the perfect location and we loved that we could bring our pets. We put in several miles of sight seeing this weekend. Only downside was some of the accommodations such as the bed and the sink were a little small for my preference, but I would stay again regardless.

The process from booking to checking out was all seamless and easy. Our stay was extremely accommodating for our dogs. The fountain of youth was only a few short steps away! Excellent experience and would stay again!
