\- There is no onsite parking available for this property with it being in the historic district. The property has a small driveway for short term parking to load and unload luggage's, but guests are expected to park at the Historic Parking Garage for overnight parking. This is a 4-minute walk from the property (two blocks).  
\- There are two retail businesses on the first floor of the property that also share the driveway.  
\- All Bookings include damage insurance
