\-Unattended pets must be crated.

We loved the location of the beach house. Easy, private beach access. No crowds in front of our beach area which was absolutely lovely. The house came with all the amenities you would need to enjoy a getaway. My friends were really impressed with this beach house. We loved how close to downtown we were as well. There’s a ton of great local restaurants right near here too.

This house is horrible the bathroom are noisy at night time, the shower turn on without nobody insde, even the toilet flush alone without people inside the bathroom, the bed when we where sleeping was moving, the house was inside smell really bad, these place i will never go back again in my life, everything was dark and alao the door didn’t closed properly. I think with my experience and what i saw this house is hunted.

There was one wash rag and two trash bags you might want to increase the trash bags and wash rags the bathtub does not drain on the first floor and check out was very early besides that everything else was great the griddle and the fans in bedrooms were a major plus living room was very very small for 6 people

The house was clean and the decor was very nice. The bed sheets were sub standard quality, unfortunately my fitted sheet was covered with lint balls (awful for sensitive skin) The location was fantastic, right on the beach, wonderful for my beach baby nieces! The house needs some TLC. There was only one lounge chair, on the top deck but it was broken. The beach chairs in downstairs storage were all rusted and torn. The beach level bathroom was not usable. The 1st deck had exposed nails heads so be sure you wear shoes. Outside cushions worn and torn. So glad we brought a large bag of ice in our cooler as the fridge doesn’t have an ice maker! Really? A beach house with no ice maker? We made the best of it and had fun on the beach and visiting Old Town St. Augustine. I have to say you’re paying for location, not the house!
