We stayed here for Nights of Lights in the Sail Away. I thought it would be cute and romantic for one night. I was pretty underwhelmed. One positive is that the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room was cute and cozy on the surface but outdated and dirty upon closer inspection. The fireplace was a nice touch. There were no outlets close to the bed. The phone was also far from the bed on a bookshelf. The bedding was gross. There were stains on the pillowcases and sheets. The curtains had brown stains that looked like dried blood? Not sure. The plastic utensils were USED and had large pieces of dried food on one of the forks! We didn't notice that until the morning of checkout. There was also what appeared to be mold on one of the baseboards. I could be wrong. Either way, it looked nasty. The blinds on one of the windows would not close all the way so people would be able to see inside when it was dark and we had the lights on. The bathroom was a joke. There was barely any room to turn around. The toilet was tiny and low. The shower was tiny. The counter space was nonexistent. When I sat on the toilet and bent over to wipe, my head hit the wall in front of me. That's how tight the space was. It was actually clean compared to the rest of the room. We didn't get a chance to check out the breakfast since we woke up late. We didn't the use the pool or hot tub since it was cold and raining. TLDR: Will not stay again and do not recommend for the price.
