The house is stunningly beautiful, it was so well furnished and clean! It was a 5 min drive to our venue and had enough parking for the girls to get ready the morning of! The home was about 0.8 miles from the historic district, but there were several different sized bikes with locks and cup holders beat the summer heat while exploring the area. The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillow consistencies and blankets. The are ductless a/c units for each room allowing everyone to adjust room temp to their particular comfort level. The fenced back yard afforded a safe space for our dogs to play. We didn't have the best weather to use the gas fire pit, grill and table w/outdoor string lights - but certainly a great area for family gathering in the winter. The home is decorated in an interesting blend of modern and historic - from stone accent wall to antique mirrors. There were large flat screen TVs in each room. The sectional in the living area was deep and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet with majority of homes re-modeled (typical for St Augustine).
