Featuring lovely front and rear gardens, with the rear garden opening onto a community park and orchard. The Kilrymont is set over two floors with bright, freshly decorated rooms and contemporary furnishings. The large living/dining room offers plenty of comfortable seating arrangements and a dining table for eight. The fully fitted kitchen has a charming breakfast bar where you can sit and admire the garden or use it as an office space. Downstairs you have the choice of three double bedrooms (one of them with garden access and one with a fold-out sofa bed) and a good size bathroom with shower. Head upstairs to a further bedroom, with a kingsize bed, and a study/reading room. Along the landing, there is a modern bathroom with bath and over-bath shower. The rear garden is enclosed, not overlooked, and has a fantastic seating area where you can enjoy many meals al fresco. Kilrymont is conveniently located to all the local attractions and just over a 15-minute stroll right into the heart of St Andrews. St. Andrews is full of history and culture. Famous for its golf and University, and bustling with shops and cafés at every turn. Not forgetting to mention its beautiful sandy beaches, Sea Life Centre, and medieval buildings all nearby.
