"Clean room and benefit of kitchen and washing machine. Pool small. Found the customer service pretty bad- front desk was dead pan attitude. We also didn’t get room service clean (they knocked on our door at 4pm when we were back in the room) asking if we wanted a service."

"Absolutely surreal stunning experience. Emotional to leave. Breakfast buffet is incredible, lots to do on site, Banff in town is great. Great food and shopping. This will be an annual trip. Spend the money on a 1 bedroom suite at least. Spoil yourself and enjoy this special place. Unreal service and experience. Can not say enough. Sorry for posting a few car photos but as a car guy, this was a road trip from Vancouver Island and they were more than happy to allow us to indulge a few minutes to take a few pictures, even moving other vehicles to make this special for us."

"This was a conveniently located hotel for exploring North/west Van. The room was a good size with useful amenities. Appreciated having the kitchen. The room had a strong smell from the detergents used which I’m very sensitive to, would definitely preferred. It to have that. There’s a nice courtyard to enjoy breakfast in, it could be a bit better maintained but overall pretty nice"
