The property was outstanding and kid-friendly. My daughter was immediately excited about the kids club activities and partook in them after our free breakfast with Mickey and Minnie! That was cool to walk into.
The staff was a bit underwhelming. They evening person acted as though we were an inconvenience at check-in. For some reason she made us wait for 5 minutes while she did something at her computer. And then she was rather indifferent to us. I did not feel welcome. If I didn’t already have a reservation I would have gone somewhere else.

We decided to celebrate my birthday here. The pool closed around 8pm and the hot tub was included in that. Our tv didn’t work because if their WiFi. Our electrical portals didn’t work. The toilet was broken. Breakfast was an orange and a mini donut hole. This was NOT the way I wanted to experience Orlando for my birthday. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat. If you have a chance to book elsewhere, DO IT! Only perk?!
