The staff were very helpful when they were at the check-in desk, however, it seemed like the receptionist was having to do double duty for check ins and housekeeper. Also my key quit working before my check out time and I was trying to get rechecked in so was inconvenient. Otherwise enjoyed my stay.

Room smelled funny and gross, there was no toilet paper at all in the restroom. (Wish i realized that before sitting down) i left a small stuffed doll when i first checked out went right back in after a few mins. Stood at reception for 20 mins to get someone to come to the desk. I asked them to get it for me and somehow it had already disappeared and was told to call the next day and have someone check storage. Called the next day and no one would look took another week when i stopped in again and the person still says no. It was a gift for someone special that i couldnt just replace. I like that you cant get past the front desk with put a key though but wouldve felt better if the hinge lock on my room door wouldve worked.

They were under staffed and didnt have clean rooms when we arrived. We had to wait to check in even though we booked weeks in advance. Stain on sheets. Overall, the staff was friendly once we got checked in. It wasnt too loud and was an ok option for the price.

Did not stay there after finding the horrible neighborhood it is in. Was told 3 out of 4 nights would be refunded. Of course refund was not given and when asked about it, they say there is no record of any such conversation.

You get what you pay for
We had to wait almost half an hour just to check in. The elevator smelled like cat pee. There is nobody at the front desk til 10 on sundays and they dont answer the phone til then either.

When booking this hotel, we did not know that people actually lived in the hotel. We stood at the window for 20 min before someone came and helped us. Staff “didn’t start work” until 10:30 on weekends. We got a “complimentary” upgrade from 2 doubles to a full and a pull out couch. That’s not an upgrade when we needed the extra bed. We sid not have extra linens for our child that had to sleep on the couch.

Overpriced for what you get!
WAY overpriced for what you get, which is nothing but a bed. It was going to be for only a night while traveling. No soap for shower. No hot beverage cups. I couldn’t even heat up water, no cups! No lamps of any kind for bedside table. No coffeemaker Absolutely nothing for any kind of comfort. A table lamp is too much to ask for? OVERPRICED for nothing. That’s what bothers me.

I arrived at 1130pm, so called the "500#" and Sam arrived very quickly. She was very nice and accommodating. Only complaint is I wish the nightstand had a lamp, i read a lot and this would have been nice.

Abuse of power
I originally booked for 2-3 nights. The staff was more than happy to assist me and help me get my reservation fixed as it had gone to the wrong extended stay in the area. Promised an esquit stay and promptly made my furchild and I feel welcomed and safe. However as that night itself came to a horrible end with general petty nonsense of a couple who had stalked my door and became a bother all evening. This activity only got worse as the person I had dropped off weeks prior was still there and clearly become close to staff as that person and her boyfriend were moved next door to me. I was only able to stay for a total of 5nights. All of which where awful. Except for Edan at the front desk.The only good thing of this experience. I had several attempts to enter my room with a master key while they believed I was not present in the room. After asking for linen switches I was told it cost 1.75 to do so.Even getting toiletries was not applicable. The website states otherwise. At my check in even there was a regular guest who thought as though bc he paid well in advance he could speak to whomever however. Rather rude and tasteless small talk. Apon making what was supposed to be my final reservation stay I was then denied my stay without any real cause of eviction. Suddenly there was a pet bill, attitude, then locked out of my room. Everything escalated for no apparent reason. Taunting me even as I was driving away. For the price I was paying I could have gone to a much nicer place.

It was nice, quiet, and clean there. I really liked that. Staff was good. I didn’t like that the front service desk didn’t open till 10am, but that was just a minor inconvenience. Overall a nice place to stay for a night.

Roach in the first room we went into. Spider in bathroom sink in the second room and the one we slept in. I didn’t expect much for the price but was this is not what I was no what I was expecting. Had an animal/pet odor throughout the hotel, could hear people talking in the hallway, adjacent rooms, and the room above us.

The property was relatively clean for its age, it was freshly painted. However we have stated other extended stays and were surprised by the lack of basics. Not even a coffee maker nor cups in the bathroom for brushing her teeth. It was very stripped down to basic bed and two pillows and one bar of soap for kitchen and bath.
