Hot tub was great, wish it was open a bit later than 9:30pm but overall I would recommend stay to anyone.

The location was excellent - right next to the highway that leads to the University of Mass at Amherst. The facilities seemed new and very kept up. The breakfast selection was very good.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Only issue we had was the same issue we (and others) had last time we stayed here, the showers in the pool area were ice cold, to say the least. Solved that by rinsing off back in our room. Other than that a good hotel at a reasonable price.

This hotel is just fine. There was nothing wrong with our stay at all and nothing extraordinarily great either. The room was a little small but I liked being able to have adjoining rooms with my mother. The hotel was clean. The gym is lame. The shower curtains were not great at keeping water from leaking out onto the floor. The complimentary shampoo etc were very small and not the best quality. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good.

The only issue was the youth hockey team staying on the same floor. The staff was good about trying to get them to stay quiet but only so much you can do. They overran the hallways and the pool.

Very friendly staff, excellent stay From the moment and we arrived, we felt welcome. Michelle was lovely upin check-in , and throughout our stay staff was friendly. We were there during a very quiet time, so felt like we had the place to ourselves. Room and pool was clean. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. Should we need to stay in the area again, we would not hesitate.

Remodeled hotel, excellent condition, recommended
The facilities here were remodeled. Hotel was clean, dining area was adequate with decent breakfast options. Room was clean. The weight room, pool, and hot tub were above average for the area. The staff was friendly and personable. One of the best places that I have stayed in the Amherst MA area. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel! Clean, new, and comfortable!
Clean and comfortable... perfect stay! We loved the room, beds were high but comfortable. Bathroom was standard but very clean. The pool was chilly, but the 4.5' depth was perfect!! Great for swimming but I could still touch bottom everywhere. And breakfast was fantastic. I had a frittata, sausage, yogurt and coffee and my husband enjoyed a waffle, banana, and a muffin. Finally the staff was attentive and courteous, yet almost invisible. When we checked in the person at the desk was quick, efficient, and very nice, but each time we walked through the halls or lobby it was empty. It was kind of nice and relaxing. And at breakfast the staff kept the food full but were very inconspicuous.
