I like the property for the most part, but they could use more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. They could use microwaves in the room and it would be nice if the safe would’ve worked, but it was broken.

Hotel is dated. Clean enough but 1980s era alarm clock on the bedside table went off early morning, Carpets old. Great shower tho. No tub. No shuttle to the metro on the weekends so a long concrete jungle walk. Springfield Mall is closed on Sunday so have to walk all the way around to get to metro. Staff v. pleasant. Breakfast NOT included. Omelette bar nice. Pleanty of dining options across the street if you want to play frogger and cross six lanes.

I have stayed here over a dozen times I never had any issues with the check in staff ever until yesterday around 2:30. The young man who was working had an attitude and a tone I literally just shut down and didn’t say anything because you never know how someone day is going. But I too was tired from working 12hr shift and wanted to lay down I could not even tho I called and I was told a room was available but guess I missed it. Anyways his tone threw me off and but I was happy he was gone when I came back.

Everyone should have a "GiGi". From the time we checked in to the time we checked out she made sure we were pleased with our stay and was willing to make any accommodations. We will definitely stay again. Location was a huge plus as well!

This was one of the more disappointing Hilton stays. The toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle for some time, the walls are paper thin, the elevator was broken, and the stairwell that I had to take instead led outside.

I love the location of this property and all the conveniences around it. The room was great some what noisy (next to ice machine). My shower was amazingly wonderful after a long drive! I did not like having to switch rooms, the first, bathroom was Horrible, the smell! However, it took no time to change rooms and staff were kind and accomodating. Thanks to them for all their help.
