This was the #1 worst hotel stay experience I've ever had, particularly for the price. Due to limited availability in the area, we paid nearly twice the normal cost. The carpet was dirty, the blankets on the bed were sheet-thin, and the room lacked such basic amenities as a coffee maker and hair dryer. The bathroom counter and tub were stained and dingy, paint was cracked and peeling around the shower fixture, the water pressure was so hard it was painful, and the sink would not drain. The walls were paper thin and the A/C fan did not work, so we had to listen to the outside door slam all night and early morning, and it sounded like an elephant was stomping around in the room above us. Just a horrible experience all the way around. I will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay location again.

Hairdryers and dishware, including coffee pots, are available at the front desk upon request. In response to your feedback, I will make sure we are clearly communicating our amenities during guest arrivals as well as thoroughly inspecting rooms prior to guest arrivals. Additionally, we are currently in the process of remodeling our property. Our team is committed to satisfying our guests, so we are very thankful for your feedback.
