Room was half cleaned

Got into the room before running to see my daughter. Saw bags of garbage and linen on the floor from cleaning staff gathering it up. Bed was half made, bedspread and pillows weren't on but looked as though the bed had been made. No soap or cups anywhere in sight. After I returned from dinner the room looked the same, front desk was apologetic and refunded the night stay and provided new bedspread, pillow covers , towels and soap. I figured they would clean up the mess then next day. Didn't touch it. Won't stay there again.

Nice clean room and facilities. My bed and pillows were extra comfy. But best of all was the staff including Billy during my late evening check-in. Overall 5 stars!

Pros: Price and location were good.
Location: Bass-Pro Shop and Hemingway's Restaurant. I knew Ernest and I think he would be proud.
No bed covers, and the blankets were dirty--reminded me of being on a dig in Egypt. Partially remodel rooms with good floors, but the fridge never got cold and there are no coffee makers in the rooms. Again, with no cold or hot drinks I was back in South America hunting for Cortez's treasure dying for either something cold or hot to drink instead of more lukewarm water. Had room with double-beds and the mattresses were not comfortable for anyone over the size of a small child. Bring small children with you so they can enjoy the bed, and you can sleep on the floor. These beds are not soft enough to break you fall if you need to jump out of the second floor window. Take your chances and aim for a flowerbed if the place burns down and you have to jump.

We appreciate the feedback and use it to help improve our brand. We apologize for your experience while staying at our location. I have spoken to housekeeping concerning the missing linen and the cleanliness of the sheets. The mattresses are in the process of being replaced. Also, the coffee pots and kitchenware are no longer kept in the room, but are available upon request by the guest. This is done in order to allow each guest the opportunity to customize their use as desired. The front desk should have mentioned it upon check in and I have reminded them of that fact. Again, I apologize for your experience and hope that you will give us another opportunity in the future to serve you accommodation needs.

Ok hotel

Bathroom very small. Ants in kitchen. No plates, silverware. Other extended stay hotels had everything, this one you have to go to front desk. Too much trouble

Your review for our hotel was recently brought to my attention. I'm disappointed about the cleaning issues in your room and the miscommunication. It should have been explained to you, during check in, that you can request cookware at the front desk because we sanitize the items after each guest.

This hotel was the last in our string of bad hotels for our trip. The poor man at the front desk was overworked, but very friendly. The hotel was recently changed to Non-Smoking, so if you are allergic or sensitive to cigarette smoke like me, it's a crap shoot. Our first room had a VERY strong smell. We found a cigarette butt in the window sill, and the TV was pointed to the window with a chair next to the window. Clearly the person before us had sat there smoking. This made me wonder if our room had even been cleaned. We were moved to another room, one of the suites, which was definitely nicer and didn't have a smell. Still not sure how clean the room actually was. The front desk clerk said it was just him, no housekeeping staff, so that just solidified my concern. It wasn't the worst stay of our trip, but that's not saying much!
