When we got into the room, it looked pretty clean, but then we noticed that the shower had not been cleaned as there was still shampoo and other items from the previous tenant. This of course leads you to question what else has not been cleaned.
The elevator was kind of scary as it would "jump" and stop very hard when it got to the top floor with anymore than one person in it. Due to this, we ended up taking the stairs whenever possible. The stairs looked like they had not been swept in months. Just trash, dust, and dirt all over on all three flights.
We stayed two nights and they didn't not clean our room during our stay. Once again, this leads to you wonder how often they are cleaning any the rooms.
After our first night, I asked the lady working the front desk if we could get a late checkout. She said they were very busy and could only to noon. At 10am we had housekeeping knocking on the door asking to clean the room. We told them we had a late checkout and would be out by noon. About 30 minutes later, a (different) lady from the front desk came and knocked on the door to ask if we were checking out or if we were staying another night. I told her that we had a late checkout and would be out by noon. She apologized profusely and said that the overnight lady had forgotten to mark which room had a late checkout and that she "couldn't remember."
Unless there are no other options, I would avoid this hotel.

Thank you for your feedback. We use the feedback in order to improve our brand. I called several times but you messaging system would not let me leave a message. We apologize for your experience that you had with us in May. I did speak to our housekeeping staff about making sure the bathroom is clean and presentable for our guests. The elevator was inspected and is safe. I have also spoken to maintenance concerning the stairwells. As well, guest rooms are cleaned after the seventh day at, so you would not have had the service for a two night stay. Again, we apologize that the information wasn't shared at check in. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better stay in the future.
