Staff great, room ok
No bed covers, and the blankets were dirty--reminded me of being on a dig in Egypt. Partially remodel rooms with good floors, but the fridge never got cold and there are no coffee makers in the rooms. Again, with no cold or hot drinks I was back in South America hunting for Cortez's treasure dying for either something cold or hot to drink instead of more lukewarm water. Had room with double-beds and the mattresses were not comfortable for anyone over the size of a small child. Bring small children with you so they can enjoy the bed, and you can sleep on the floor. These beds are not soft enough to break you fall if you need to jump out of the second floor window. Take your chances and aim for a flowerbed if the place burns down and you have to jump.

We appreciate the feedback and use it to help improve our brand. We apologize for your experience while staying at our location. I have spoken to housekeeping concerning the missing linen and the cleanliness of the sheets. The mattresses are in the process of being replaced. Also, the coffee pots and kitchenware are no longer kept in the room, but are available upon request by the guest. This is done in order to allow each guest the opportunity to customize their use as desired. The front desk should have mentioned it upon check in and I have reminded them of that fact. Again, I apologize for your experience and hope that you will give us another opportunity in the future to serve you accommodation needs.
