Terrible experience

The room smelled terrible, the bed was super uncomfortable and crumpled when I entered the room. It felt like I slept on a box spring. The staff was quite rude as well - I had some problems with being able to check in, and they did not help me. I ended up sitting in a chair by the front desk on the phone for an hour and a half, and they wouldn't assist or try to help me. It was not a good experience, and I wish I had gone to another hotel.

Not what we expected

They had no room for us after we already booked. When we finally got a room it was dirty sticky floors dirty bathroom and stained sheets

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in in Springfield; only stay if budget is your only factor

Non-smoking property just for namesake

Rooms had odor of cigarette smoke, AC was noisy and TV wasn't working properly. After repeated complains, the room was changed which was better only after 2 days passed.

Terrible

I prepaid for the two nights as usual. He told me at checkin that they need a card on file and he charged me again AFTER I gave him my DL and told him I already paid. He the. Told me that YOUR companies card declined AFTER I caught the double charge on my account. Not happy at all. I still haven't gotten my money back.

Comfortable and Practical

Cons: Cleaning of corridors.
A great base for us to explore Springfield. Excellent facilities in room, sufficient for our needs. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Flew to Springfield for a family emergency. Didn't expect too much for the inexpensive rate... surpassed my expectations! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are secure, clean, comfortable. I would definitely recommend/stay here again... should I ever find myself in the area again.

I believe my bed sheets were not cleaned or I had bed bugs. A very uncomfortable sleep. Plus, the security doors were propped open for smokers.
