Phone didn,t work, back security door broken and multiple staff notified for which they stated they wanted to have customers access the back door at all times from out side. Small lizard running through lower level hall way under doors of rooms, mold build up around top of shower stall, AC unit caked with dust, which unit sometime workded and sometime didn't. Mutiple requests for room cleaning, emptying trash and needed clean toweld - all requests never were followed though, had to empty our own garbage.

Did not like their cancellation policy. I accidently selected the incorrect date (I do get that was my fault), literally called 5 mins later to try and change it to the correct date of which they apparently did not have availability and they would not give me a refund. We ended up being charged $85.00 for not staying at the hotel. Terrible policy and customer service. I will never stay at a Quality Inn.

The staff was very welcoming and courteous. I was not too happy that the pool was closed. Other than that the only problem I encountered was my door lock. It was slightly loose and if it was not just in the right position the key cards didn't want to work. They did offer to move me to another room but I didn't care to repack and unpack again. The breakfast was very good. I had an enjoyable stay and will definitely use them again.

Very nice lobby and good breakfast. The only things I didn't like was the pool and hot tub being out of service; and before we arrived, I tried to call and no one answered the phone. But I tried later and they answered then.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I accidently left a skirt in the closet and the staff retrieved it and held it until it could be picked up. Supplies in room were convenient and staff helpful if additional items were needed.

After entering the hotel and encountering the overpowering smell of cleaning fluid and also looking at the low quality room I decided not to stay. I was charged the first night minus tax.

Get a different switch for light over door.
My husband and I both have C-Pap machines. So mine was on the side of bed closest to wall. His was plug in on side near windows. When we turned the switch off to shut off the light by the door the outlets near the window would not work. So had to have that stupid light on all night and we did not sleep well.

It was a good location, and the staff was pretty nice both with check in and check out. And the manager was very helpful when I had to call with an issue with my debit card.

We returned to the property around 9:30 pm to find a group of people leaving the pool via the back parking lot. They had been swimming, still in wet swimsuits, and left in their vehicle. It did not appear they were staying at the hotel. When we got to the door to go inside, we found we did not need our key card for entry because the door lock for the door was a big empty hole. The door opened into a small entryway where a door on the left went directly to the pool and a door to the right went directly to the hotel lobby. None of those doors were locked. Unsettling.

Overall good
The room was clean and the breakfast was good.The only “issues” I found was that the light switch also turns off power to the outlets that have the refrigerator,microwave,satellite box and tv plugged into them and the tv could be upgraded.Otherwise everything was good, I didn’t use them but the pool and hot tub looked nice.
