The hotel is run down, understaffed and in need of major repairs. Breakfast hours were posted, but there was no breakfast.

There are only a few positives to the stay here. The staff was friendly. The jacuzzi in the room was delightful. That's it. **The pictures on line are a bait and switch. The signage outside is barely visible. I literally walked in thinking the hotel was closed. Once the staff made it to the front desk, he was friendly. However the sheets were dirty (ICK), he replaced with a flat sheet because there were no available fitted. The tv eventually worked.... the bed was doable for A night. The towels were basic. There was minimal soap, shampoo, conditioner, and zero lotion, coffee, coffee pot, or food offered at all. The breakfast area was storage for lawn equipment, cleaning supplies and dust. I do not recommend....ESPECIALLY for the price. $50 at best should have been max.

There were still bottle caps, earrings, and a half used bottle of lotion. The door didn’t close correctly and the door between another room wasn’t locked. There were cigarette stains on both beds linens and dust and particles between the sheets. My girlfriend tripped on the carpet on her way into the room because it was coming up. Outside there was trash piled up outside the door to get in and the upstairs had a black tarp covering it. It was a little unnerving. The reservation I made through Expedia didn’t go through correctly so I paid twice and I am still waiting for a refund from one of the charges. It was overall a huge nightmare.

Dirty and run down room. No wash clothes, tv remote didn't work , hot tub wasn't big enough for 2 adults and was malfunctioning ! Paid $196 for 1 night stay ... wasn't worth $50 a night !

The atmosphere of the motel is happy. The saff is extremely helpful and polite. The building is older, but improving. If you want a resort, this is not for you. If you want a decent night's sleep in a comfortable room, this is the place for you. Located along old route 66 if that's your travel plan.

There were needles pushed into the tissue
Bed didn’t have a real sheet. Almost felt like the room was lived in. My gf was on her period and needed to use the tissue and there was blood from the needles poked into the tissue. It was sick honestly. Smelled like straight bleach. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in this year.

Filthy, dirty, smelling, terrible bedding. Should have "read" the reviews! Should not have stayed but didn't know how to cancel since we were already here. The smell everywhere was sickening. Will lose my money next time if I have to.

Staff not present upon check in. Sign on window to call for attendant. The attendant appeared to be sleeping in one of the guests rooms. The room smelled stale, the elevator had plants in front of door appears that it hadn’t worked in long time. Outlets in room were inoperable. Linen on bed was dingy and smelled stale . The towels where supposed to be white. They looked like someone had wash cars with them. They were so thin you could through them. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and it smelled as well. I will never stay at this hotel and recommend others not to either,

Prepaid for room when I arrived at 10pm after being on the road for 9hours already was told my r reservation was not found, and even with the confirmation code, I could not be found let alone she kept telling me my credit card was denied. it was prepaid and I never once gave her my card! Was not helpful at All THANK GOD I GOT MY REFUND

The room was clean. Nice shower. 2 towels, 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. No Kleenex in the dispenser. No coffee in the entire place. 1 tiny thin bar of soap. There was 2 of us. No maid service but we weren’t told that. Pool was still covered.

Staff was awesome and attentive. Overall hotel needs some repair/updates, bed was a bit stiff. Room did have a stale smoke smell, but room was clean.

I felt so uncomfortable that i checked out almost immediately. The cincher for me though, was that my room, which was on the first floor and facing that back, had a window with no screen and no lock. There was absolutely nothing to prevent somebody from gaining entrance.

Dirty it is a rent by the month motel and all the people that live there hover over the people staying there. They smoke right at the door so I smelled like cigarettes and I dont smoke. We were on motorcycles and the parking lot it full of potholes

The smoke detector was broke and dangling, lamps were broken, dirty sheets, no soaps of any kind and no Kleenex or toilet paper. It was not worth the money we paid.

Like many reviews, this place is absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure when the last time anything was actually cleaned. I slept on top of the comforter. For $160 a night, I was expecting WAY a better.

Lobby and hall smells like weed, dog poop by the front door, pubic hair in the shower, the bathroom floor was dirty, the carpets were all stained, blankets on the bed were dirty, no breakfast, the room smelled, and the front desk was not attended when I needed to check out.... I would never stay there again.

Walked in the room and first thing I see are roaches. Did not stay. The guy at the front desk cooperated with Expedia on getting us a refund. Just don't stay here.
