Cozy Beachfront Cottage Retreat w/ Loft Workspace, Stunning Views & Beach Access

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy beachfront cottage in King’s Point! The location is fantastic, with beautiful ocean views and very quiet. The cottage was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the touches like the great WIFI, bedside tables on BOTH sides and the charger on one of them. We really enjoyed being able to sit back and take in the scenery right from the property. The cottage was a perfect base for enjoying the surrounding area and nearby trails. Overall, it was a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable stay. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Newfoundland getaway!"

10/10 Excellent
"It was right in the middle of our holiday It was a great base to explore the area. If we had known we would of probably booked an extra couple of nights. All in all it was a great experience and the view was very good and we lucked out with the weather in the evenings to sit out on the deck. It was even better when we found out that Bumblebee restaurant and brewery was 2 doors away."

Charming boat house by the Ocean in beautiful Smith's Harbour, NL with WiFi

10/10 Excellent
"Lovely stay in this picturesque ‘cabin’ on the bay. We were the first couple of the season to visit and although Hughie and Diane were not there, Deanna their daughter was a delightful alternative. A few, first of the year little glitches but smoothed out easily and we loved our views and location. Had a great meal at ?? Dean’s restaurant ?Blanches cafe around the bay. We hope to come back and stay again and hope to meet the owners next trip. Lastly but not least; it was a lovely surprise to have bread, jams, butter, milk, treats of the rock etc upon arrival. Breakfast was ready!"
