No complaints at all about the facilities — they are truly first class. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the poor attitude of the staff in the restaurant, and in particular, the receptionist (Narcissa). At checkout, she belittled us when we asked for a company receipt and even accused us of lying about owning a Canadian company. Our company is fully registered and provides support to cancer patients worldwide. Instead of handling the request professionally, she delayed for over 30 minutes to produce a simple hotel receipt, despite having our passports on file since check-in.
