We stayed for 1 night. The room was dated. Air conditioner was broken. Lights were flickering in the bedroom and bathroom. Shower head loose and flimsy. We were charged for toiletries. Couldn't sleep all night as it was too hot and the noise from traffice kept us awake. I have stayed here before but this time the standard has let us down . Reception staff offered a room change at 11pm but it was too late fors us to packup everything and move False advertisement of claiming that rooms are air conditioned. Definitely avoid

To improve the services of the Hotel, we would like to understand which road traffic you are referring to as the Hotel is in the middle of the Treviso countryside. If you were kind enough to clarify what you have been charged for, we could understand if there was an error at check-out as we only know of an extra of 2.50 from the minibar (water) and a room service for breakfast of 5.00 expressly requested.SincerelyFront Office Manager

Overall the hotel is amazing, only downfall would be where it's located as there's only one train station 7 mins drive from the hotel and getting to that train station you require a taxi. The hotel can accommodate a taxi for you as well as provide you with a hotel taxi but it's 15 euros one way just to get to the train station. Overall the hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful they made sure everything was accommodated for. It's a peaceful location and perfect if you need to get away for a few nights, traviso is only a few stops and vencie central is about 50 mins on the train which was great, only downfall is I had to rush back by 8pm so i could get back to the hotel without any issues. That didn't change my experience as I was exploring Venice all day long and i could come back to the hotel in time to relax and get food from the hotel restataunt. The massage facilities were also great, staff Anna and Erica along with the manager were incredibly friendly and helpful

Great room at a great price. The spa services are excellent. The location on a lake is great. Shares the lake with a wakeboarding place that looks like a lot of fun. The food in the restaurant downstairs is amazing.

My wife and I have been going to this hotel for years. We love it and I will continue to go. This time I went alone and the service was different. When I am with my (Italian) I never leave my ID at the desk, but this time yes. I never stood at the restaurant's entryway longer than 30 seconds, but this time much longer. No problem because I will continue to go. Just something that I was shocked to see. It is a lovely place.

This is one of the nicer hotels I stayed in during my three months in Italy. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is good. And the view of the lake is beautiful. The staff spoke great English and I was very happy with my stay here.

Not your normal Italian hotel
Modern, comfortable, clean. A beautiful position on the lake edge. The room was spacious and clean. Managed to find a booking for a Thai massage which was professional and organised very well. The only disappointment was the breakfast which had a couple of dry croissants and not much more. Would stay again.

Great room and Wonderful staff. Quiet and elegant place to stay. Room was great bathroom even better. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel. It was O.K. I've had better Thai food. Confusion with front desk staff and message staff about the special. Confusion led to a 12 Euro increase in the price. Small hiccup for an otherwise fabulous trip. I would definitely recommend to others for a romantic get away. However if you are looking for proximity to Venice or other things to do this is not the place

Lovely Hotel
Lovely Hotel in lovely surroundings, good for a romantic getaway, only drawback is the remoteness its 28 miles to the nearest beach (Jesolo) and to Venice , definitely a car needed, recommend driving to Spresiano station and catching train to Venice. However we had a fantastic time , lovely spa swimming pool , good service all round

So much space!
The rooms in this hotel are huge. Everything is clean and the service is great. Wifi works in all locations with ease so I can use my tablet in the room and it stays on the same network all the way down to the restaurant. Nex door is a gym and a pool and the hotel borders nice lake. The lake is actually an old quarry and there is still some small works (no noise) down the far end of the lake but when you see how nice it looks now you can appreciate the effort that has gone into the area.

La struttura è in posto incantevole ma sopratutto tutto il personale lo è, disponibili e carinissimi. La spa è meravigliosa e i massaggi molto profesionali e curatissimi. Camere spaziose e pulite, la mia era con grandissima terrazza vista lago, molto bella. Parcheggio grande.
