The Divota Apartment Hotel was perfect for our stay. We had a comfort double with balcony room. The room was very clean and the room service was excellent. There was a fridge of a decent size and both kettle and nespresso coffee maker, perfect for a quality coffee in the mornings. The bath/shower combo was of a good size with room to move, unlike some other European hotels I’ve stayed in. The bed was both large and comfortable.The balcony was a lovely size, a perfect place to relax after along day sightseeing. The reception staff were very helpful and gave lots of tips on places to visit and how to get there, we would definitely recommend a trip to Trogir via the Bura line ferry for 7euros pp each way. The breakfast was in a restaurant not attached to the hotel, it is only a few minutes walk away, and was excellent. My only complaints were that the bed was a bit too low, the balcony furniture could have been a bit bigger/more comfortable and I could not use the door key system at all, luckily my partner could. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel with great staff but no elevators
An excellent property, 10 minutes walk to the old town with its cafes and beautiful seafront. The rooms were a good size and equipped with modern facilities. The only thing is that it had NO elevator and the reception is about 100 meters from the rooms. Guests with mobility issues need to be aware. The hotel staff were excellent with helping us with our luggage

Staff is amazing as are the accommodations!
The room was very well appointed and immaculately clean. The staff was beyond helpful. They went so far as to move one of their cars from the public parking lot as the day we arrived was the Patron St. Sveti Duje's festival and the city was overrun with festival goers. Amazing and appreciated!!!

We were delighted with our stay at Divota. Our flight was delayed and the lady stayed up in reception to greet us and then helped us book ferry and walked us to the apartment which was hugely helpful as it was dark. The apartment we had was fab we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. Everything was perfect shame we only stayed for a few hours before departing to Korčula.

Divota was great in every way. It is a perfect location and a very short walk to the old town and also the Marjan Park. It is nice and peaceful day and night with a yoga garden to relax in. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The treatments were also very good and we really enjoyed our stay here whilst visiting the interesting city of Split. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect! Friendly, thoughtful greeting .. what a great team! Spotlessly clean, fresh bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent, comfortable beds and quiet air-con. I had a little difficulty getting the water temperature right in my shower but my friends encountered no problems in theirs, so it must have been me. The breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting out in the sweet little courtyard. I highly recommend and hope to stay again one day...

Great little apartment perfect for two that had a fridge and enough cooking utensils and facilities to rustle up some pasta. Very comfy bed and a great shower. The only downside was the lack of sound insulation from the outside. Although located in a quite street any little noise of people outside can be heard and the nearby church bells ring at about 0700 most mornings

Brilliant location right by the old town. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was amazing since my husband wasn't well during our stay and we had to spend a lot more time in the room than we intended. The room was spacious and modern. Breakfast was wonderful, great variety and staff really friendly. We'll definitely return to Split and stay at Divota again!

We stayed in unit 902 - Dalmatian house. It is further away from the main house in the alley where stray cats pee and poop thus horrible stench with two houses in complete ruins in front of it. Not an ideal location or view for a vacation. The house itself was tiny with slanted ceilings, so if you are tall, you will be hitting your head in the bathroom and by the bed as we did. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent - either too hot or too cold. The room was barely big enough to get around the bed for 2 people. We loved Split, but I will stay elsewhere next time we visit it.

We had a lovely comfortable room with a queensized bed and excellent air con. It wa an unexpected bonus to have a bath (as well as shower). There was a good buffet for breakfast and hot food was cooked freshly to order. Staff were really helpful. A birthday card and chocolate was a lovely touch! The hotel is convenient for down town Split but there is also a good range of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk!

Was little skeptical when arrived about area but 2min walk from room to resturants and 5min to old town and port. Very nice modern, clean rooms. Great and helpful staff. Be warned if you have a car, be patient, finding a parking near hotel can take 15min-25min sometimes. . Limited parking in area and parking lot.

Short stroll to town. Pretty quiet overnight. Room 102 has nice balcony. A/C effective. Easy walk ( 2 mins ) to breakfast in a nearby building, and an excellent breakfast it was too, might be annoying if it's raining. Good value. Would certainly recommend

Good location and clean and staff polite. We had a cosy room, which was quite spacious. However stairs were a little tight and winding, so may be difficult for less able people.and there was a balcony, which could be accessed by a hatch and loft ladder, so we did not use tbis, as not easily accessible. However, don't let this put you off, as overall a very nice hotel.
