This place is a paradise... staff, especially hotel manager Ana Medić and Ms Slađana from restaurant team, who were very kind and helpfull. Hotel is reconstructed with sensitivity and good taste the surrounding area is a beautiful pine forest with the best beaches in Croatia they have excellent corn bread and the whole breakfast on the terrace is pleasant ...thank you to everyone at the hotel for a great week

Very nice experience.
My wife and I stayed there 5 days, 18 - 22 July 2022. The hotel was freshly renovated and very clean. The rooms not so spacious but they are clean, bright and airy and have a good air conditioning system. The bathrom is also very nice, just what you need. The property is just few steps away from a beautiful beach. Check in process very fast and efficient. All staff including reception, bar, cleaning ladies are amazingly nice and helpfull. They have few young and unexperienced staff so we have delays and mix up in the restaurant sometimes. Obviosly they need more training and experience however they compensate it by being so frindly, accomodating, responsive and polite. I highly recomend this place.

On the beach
The location was PERFECT with the beach only a few steps away. View from balcony was one of the best I've ever had. Staff were super friendly, especially the Omelette stand man at breakfast every morning! The only 2 things that let it down slightly was that the decor really needs updating and also that you cannot hire beach towels from them, you need to bring/buy your own. Apart from that, a great stay overall.

Clean but dated and seemingly overpriced
Hotel Maestral has one of the best locations with it being right on the beach but the hotel is old and dated. It was very clean but you could see mold in the corners. The air conditioning was "OK" but it could have been cooler in the room. They don't air condition the hallways or the lobby which we found odd. Using the free Wi-Fi was frustrating as we were often denied access (suspect they had a maximum number of users allowed or something). We also had to log on every single time rather than it automatically connecting us as is the usual practice. For the price (approx $180 night, incl breakfast) of a standard room I would have expected a bit more comfort. On a positive note, the staff was good and the breakfast buffet was excellent. In their defense, I can't compare Hotel Maestral with any other hotels in Brela Beach so not sure if, for the same money, we could have done better. I'd be inclined to look elsewhere if I go back.

On the coast with air conditioning
The hotel staff was freindly and the meals were quite good. If you get a sea side room, do not actually expect to see the sea as there are large trees blocking the view. Though if you do get a sea side room you may be able to catch a concert for free as you overlook the stage. On the same note do not expect to go to bed early as concerts and variety shows are very loud and will keep you up, but at least there was air conditioning. The rooms are quite large too conpared to other hotels.

A+ and the best choice in Brela
Best hotel in Brela, no doubt. Have stayed in Soline/Maestral too, this one is of the highest standard. All was perfect, just 2 remarks: 1) Too small parking lot, unable to room all the cars; 2) Only one coffee machine at the breakfast, resulting in a line of 5-6 people to it, and a waiting time of up to 10 minutes to get just a cup of coffee. Otherwise a superb hotel, a superb service, incredibly helpful staff and best location imaginable. Much recommended.

Don’t get me wrong, I have huge respect towards this hotel. Hotel Maestral won the award Champion of Tourism in 1968th. And hasn’t been touched since. So if you’re like me and get endeared by memories how tourism looked like long time ago, by all means go to this hotel. It is in great need of renovation, but architecture, location and service are worth of visiting.

Det hele inde for rækkevide.
Skønt hotel med utroligt venligt personale. Rengøring hver dag og der er ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Morgenmads buffet er fin, men ikke overdådig. Pool området er pænt og rent og der er altid mulighed for at få en plads. Hotellet ligger lige ned til den super lækre Brela strand med klart og lækkert vand. Masser af restauranter og barer og flot promenade til Brela havn hvor der ligger flere gode restauranter. Parkeringsmulighed ved hotellet uden ekstra betaling. Alt i alt en god ferie her - vi kunne godt komme her igen.

Flot område - hotellet kunne trænge til et løft
Hotellet ligger rigtigt fint ved et charmerende område lige ned til en smuk - men også noget fyldt - stenstrand. Man kan dog gå et lille stykke og så tynder det ud i antallet af mennesker. Om stranden ved Brela ligefrem er så super fantastisk, som Forbes har udråbt den til, vil jeg dog nok ikke mene. Men der er der smukt, hyggeligt og ikke mindst en afslappet stemning. Hotellet og særligt værelserne virker lidt nedslidt. Vores værelser kunne godt trænge til en modernisering og i hvert fald maling. Aircondition kunne godt være mere støjsvag. Buffeten i restauranten er ikke det mest spædende - udvalget er egentlig ganske stort, men smagen og kvaliteten lader noget tilbage at ønske. Alt i alt ligger hotellet et fint sted og er også udmærket, men prisen er lidt for høj i forhold til, hvad man får.

Veldig fin plass, trivelige folk. Passer fint hvis du bare vil ligge å slappe av på stranden og bade. Maten kunne vært bedre. Plassen passer kanskje ikke helt til ungdommer, som er ute etter mer enn å slappe av.

Великолепный пляжный отдых в Бреле
Отель устроил нас во всех отношениях: всего 55 ступенек лестницы и сразу пляж! Персонал внимательный и приветливый, обслуживание отличное. Для своих 3* он полностью отвечает качеству. Из недостатков - это меню на завтраках оставалось неизменным. Когда такое происходит в городских отелях, где люди останавливаются на 2-3 дня, то это терпимо, а на пляжном отдыхе люди живут и полторы недели, и две, а потому хотелось бы какого-то разнообразия. И ещё при нас сломался единственный в гостинице лифт. Так вот его починить не могли 3 дня (а может и больше, но мы уже уехали). Хоть в отеле и 3 этажа (вместе с нулевым рецепшеном), но в жару без лифта ходить по ступеням тяжеловато. За минусом этих небольших недостатков всё остальном нам очень понравилось. Спасибо!

Príjmy a kľudný pobyt
Starší ale udržiavaný hotel vhodný pre ľudí ktorí majú radi kľudnejšie miesta. Ochotný presonal výborná strava priemerný výber jedál.. Krásny výhľad na more ktoré je par metrov od hotela stačí zísť po schodoch. Hotel a okolie čisté k dispozícii bazén so sladkou vodou. Kto nemá veľké očakávania určite bude spokojný parkovanie bolo v cene. Kto sa rád prejde, tak popri mori vybudovaný chodník, ktorím sa da za cca 35 minút prejsť až do Baska Voda.

Das Hotel müsste einbisschen renoviert werden, es ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren in Zimmer 125 und dieses gehört definitiv ausgemalt und renoviert. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr zuvorkommen und höflich, besonders loben muss ich den Mate und die Angela! Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker (auch wenn das Buffet ziemlich klein war, war es vollkommen ausreichend). Die Strandlage ist super.

Lite äldre hotell, men rent och fräscht och stora rum med bra garderober. Det var också en fräsch och bra frukost. Det som drog ner upplevelsen var att vi hade beställt rum med havsutsikt och det hade vi inte ( kanske kunde skymta havet om man stod längst ut i hörnet på balkongen och då på tå ) Balkongen var för övrigt ganska stor.

Oppholde på Maestral var helt fint. Servicen var fin, noe slitt hotell. Litt minus for airconditionen. Flott beliggenhet til strand og bading. Vi hadde 10 fine dager der.

Hotel in Standnähe, Möblierung alt, Renovierung fällig. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück reichlich in Buffettform total in in Ordnung, Halbpension auf Wunsch pro Personzu je 120,- Kuna (17,-€) tageweise zu haben. Abendessen in Buffettform reichlich und sehr gut. Badezimmer wurde dem recht guten Zustand nach vor ca. 10 Jahren renoviert. Die übrige Einrichtung ist schon "abgewohnt", die Matratzen zu weich. Positiv wurde empfunden dass es sehr ruhig war. Der Zimmerservice war total in Ordnung, alles war sauber! Strände sehr schön, Strandpromenade ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Fotos in Expedia entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand der Zimmer. Die Bilder wurden "geschönt", oder es wurde ein Zimmer das neu eingerichtet wurde fotografiert, und in Expedia veröffentlicht.......
