The room was very nice, but the best part of our stay was the people. The breakfasts with made to order entrees were fantastic and the two young folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in getting us settled, offering tips for what to see, and suggesting some excellent restaurant choices. The staff really helped make our two days in Split a wonderful experience!

Like the indoor pool. Lots of kids during the weekend and no one in the pool during weekdays. Need to book the in door pool in advance and need swimming cap. Have to buy it from the hotel if you don’t have one. Few minutes walk to bus station to other cities. Convenience and friendly staffs. Nice stay overall.

Antonio provided exceptional services with helping with the luggages, recommending restaurants and attractions spots. He is cheerful and very friendly. The lady cooked the breakfast every morning with smile and love. These made our stays very pleasant and remarkable. It also made us like Split even more. Wish to come back soon.

Family owned hotel who takes care of their guest. They were able to make transport to the airport. They gave us recommendation for dinner, which was amazing. We will be back for another visit.

Royal Suites Stay
The hotel needs some updating. Air conditioning barely worked. One room did not have curtains (only sheers). However, the service was spectacular. Made to order breakfast. And the front desk employee, Antonio, went above and beyond to help. amazing. He even ran a lost article ( in the rain) all the way to the ferry. His service was amazing!!

Very enjoyable stay at the Royal Suites. The property is in a very convenient location between the beach, the old city and the port. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and all the hosts were extremely nice and informative. Strongly recommended.

The staff was the best! Antonio and Tony were responsive and helpful about giving us tips on places to see and things to do while we were there. The breakfast was delicious and came with the room. We were especially grateful for the parking spot that was a delight after the nightmare of finding parking in Dubrovnik!! I would stay here again in a minute. It was all so great.

Royal Suites is a unique family run hotel within walking distance of the Palace, Riva, and Ferry port. The staff esp Antonio is friendly and willing to assist with every detail of your stay. Recommendations for restaurants are always appreciated and the meals were quite good. Our room was a good size and the beds were comfortable, Breakfast was quick and filling. The omelets were delicious and made to order. The owner and a local woman work the kitchen and always have a friendly smile and hello. The breakfast room is open 24 hrs which is nice if you want a cup of tea, coffee or nightcap. One thing I will mention is the toilet seat didn’t quite fit the toilet bowl. I didn’t have a problem with it but my cousin said to mention it. If I was to return to Split I would definitely consider staying again.

Outstanding. Best place to stay in Split
Excellent place to stay in Split, with the most cordial and helpful staff I have seen in a long time. The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is within walking distance to the Riva and the Palace, as well as the Old Port. Highly recommended!

Great service from owner and staff. Even packed us a breakfast because of early departure. Room was not a pretty as in pic but over all a great place to stay for one night. Good location, but not on the right side of town if looking for a quick bite to eat before bed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They ensured my room was ready even though I arrived well before check-in time. They couldn't have done more to help me. But the hotel photos give a rather misleading impression of the views from the windows. Great hotel if all you want to do is sleep there and spend your days outside, which is what many people do.

Dear Mr. Rober, thank you for your review. It feels good to read that you had a great time in Royal Suites. We have eight rooms in total. Seven rooms are oriented on a south charming street owerlooking small stone houses and terracota roofs. One of our rooms (classic double- least expensive one) has a north orientation and owerlooks an wall of the building. If you happend to travel again to Split please check our superior or balcony rooms for the sunny room atmosphere. Kind regards, Toni R

Great one night stay at Royal Suites.
Great one night stay at Royal Suites. Didn't arrive till 7PM, but had a very warm welcome from Karla, along with some alcoholic treats and restaurant/sight seeing recommendations.and a general friendly chat. She was still there when we returned for the night. Also met the friendly Antonio in the morning - also v helpful. Very convenient location for transport, sight seeing and restaurants etc. Great facilities, and good room with balcony. Recommended.

Best reception in Croatia
The location of the Royal Suites was perfect. We walked everywhere. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were very clean. Antonio and Karla at the reception desk were a wealth of knowledge and went above and beyond their jobs. The breakfast was made to order and was delicious. Highly recommend. Hope to stay there again soon.

Fantastic Hotel In Split
We had a great time in Split and the Royal Suites was part of the reason. The service was the best we have had anywhere in the world. Carla and Antonio could not have been any better, restaurants, tours, uber, directions, suggestions, anything that we needed, they were amazing. We had a nice size room that looked exactly like the pictures, with a wonderful balcony and view, was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good especially their pancakes. The location is just outside the wall which for us was perfect, not crowded, quiet, but close to everything.

The Royal Suites is in a very good location within a short walking distance from the beach, the port and the Diocletian area, the hotel is also really nice clean spacious, but the best thing about this hotel is the staff, from the minute I got here they have done everything possible to help and make me feel welcome, would highly recommend!

Great location, easy walk to Diocletian’s Palace and the Promenade,,,and 2 great restaurants 5 minute walk from hotel. Parking was not easy, but Antonio did super, fantastic job helping us get a space👍😉 And the breakfast served by 2 sweet girls in the small dining room was great!

The only con is no elevator, but all the staff is very nice and they take your suitcases up to your room or down The room the gave us this time was big and as always clean Breakfast is included and you can eat as much as you can Very happy there because is also close to the old city and a sand beach.
