"Had a reservation, came after midnight, doors were locked, had to make a phone call to get grouchy staff to unlock the front door. Linens had some stains. Met the same staff the next morning and he still wouldn’t acknowledge my presence."

"I just think in general this place is pricey for what it is. I stayed at AmericInn in grand forks the next night and it was so much better, more updated, cleaner, had a pool and hot tub. This place way just super underwhelming. TV sucks, bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The floor was FREEZING. It is hardwood which is fine but obviously it isn't insulated so even though you can get the heat running in the room the floor is always very cold."

"Autumn was awesome. She was incredibly nice! We checked in super late around 12:30am but she left the door unlocked for us so we could get to bed. We had fresh doughnuts waiting for us too. She was super helpful with all the questions we had. The room we stayed at was clean and cozy. We will be staying here again for sure! "
