"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

Cuando llegamos, no tenían registrada nuestra reserva en el sistema y perdimos bastante tiempo en recepción mientras trataban de resolverlo. Al final sí lo solucionaron. La habitación no tenía cobijas y el internet era bastante inestable; en algunas áreas comunes funcionaba, pero en otras no, y en la habitación definitivamente no llegaba señal. "Great staff however watch out for the mini markets. They change there prices depending on there mood. We paid €2.50 for water and the next day they charged €4.50. Also take cash as you will pay alot more for using a card."
